DESIGN STATEMENT Sportswork is a sports advisory company. It advises brands and private sector clients, sports authorities, public and third sector organizations, and government on employing the influence of sport across the full spectrum of commercial leveraging, through supporting national and social objectives. It is an office level with an industrial and open layout space concept that gives the public and staff a pleasant and harmonious feeling in the space. Materials such as metal, concrete, brick, and wood are commonly used in this space as an industrial concept of the spaces. The colour scheme of yellow and blue was used to showcase the area in integrating youth and sports themes into the industrial design space. The yellow and blue colour scheme also represents the liveliness and empowerment of youth and sports. Due to the pandemic, various facilities, such as a sanitization zone, self-check-in and self-check-out kiosk, are required in this space. It is to develop a contactless system between individuals while still adhering to the sop. This is also intended to make the office environment safer for both of the public and employees. At this level, the public and private zones are separated. The public zone includes a variety of facilities and services that can assist the public in resolving specific youth and sports issues. The public zone space flow at this office level is one-way path, and it establishes a sequence that everyone will experience, or they can bypass the activities at each stop. The private zone is an open space where employees may work and communicate openly. It also contains a meeting and internal training space for employees. Besides, there are two private pods placed on the mezzanine floor that provide support or services to third sector organizations and the government. The space’s overall goal is to improve social connections and encourage collaborative activities.

REFLECTION This is the first time I've had this type of multiple learning experience while working with a large group. This team experience has taught me a lot. As the leader of my team, I believe it is my responsibility to lead the entire team in completing each critical task on time. Every week, I assist the team in planning what has to be done, which improves my team planning skills. At first, I was overwhelmed since team members must be acquainted with one another in order to establish a good cooperative relationship. This also serves as a lubricant for team advancement. The team project also provided me with an opportunity to learn how to let the appropriate people do the right thing.I believe that growing together is at the core of the entire team. However, I am pleased that my team members are responsive and willing to work together to achieve the project. Furthermore, while the task of this final project is to design a creative office workspace, I believe that the UBBL taught in the course of detailing and working drawings is very significant when creating a space and is one of the necessary considerations. I believe that as interior designers, we must consider not just the design but also the safety of those who use the space, because the space must not only deliver a comfortable environment but also ensure that people's safety comes first. The last thing I want to talk about is time management. I never thought I was a very selfdisciplined person. I appreciate my team and tutor because I believe they have always been the driving force behind my continuous efforts. Despite the fact that I have flaws every semester, I never stop trying to learn and grow. I'm also prepared to take on the upcoming semester's challenges.
