Students feeling uncomfortable by increased police presence in and around Siddharth College

hile most colleges across the city have a maximum of 10-15 security guards on their premises, Siddharth College of Commerce and Economics, Fort, has hundreds of uniformed policemen, along with personnel from the Rapid Action Force (RAF) and Riot Control Force (RCF) stationed inside and all around the college. Though this situation had been continuing for almost a month, students are now feeling like they are in jail after more security was called up to stop Anandraj Ambedkar (Republican Sena), Prakash Ambedkar (Bahrip Bahujan Mahasanga) and Ramdas Athavle (Republican Party of India) from entering the college premises.
