“Reasons of faliure? Because we don’t define action plans and goals”
“Secret of Success s faliure, many people take faliure as a negative factor, but I take it positive. Everytime we fail, we learn from our mistakes and shortcomings. We learn which ingredients were missing and how we should fix our mistakes to achieve our goals and reach to a success point”
“I do have faliures in life but so far nothing tha can be called painful. I always keep muy head up”
“Key to Success? Believe in yourself and your ideas, define what you want to achieve. Define your own success blueprint, visiualize it, wat is success to you, go and just do it, don’t be afraid of possible hurdels. Keep trying and be patient until you reach it”.

Mohamad
Roshdy A barrier breaker and sun star shining.
Kuwait braces itself for a very welcomed personality “Doctor Mohamad Roshdy”.
Learning about your prospect shows interest, professionalism and gives you an outrageous edge, Doctor Roshdy was the one who had started his career as a quick but an outstanding learner. Like others he had been treated by the community in a most awful way that he becomes the victim of professional politics and has been given a seat at the back end in the class of life and struggle. But he is the one who don’t know the meaning of “Giving Up”. Started his career as a Pharmaceutical Science graduatre and complemented by Masters in business administration from Edinburgh Business School. Despite of hang about in a career of Pharmaceuticals, Doctor Roshdy has decided to give out the society something valuable and supportive without the voracity of any sort of return and in order to serve the society he had started with a dream and later on it becomes reality, named as H.O.P.E
Helping Other People Everywhere A process of fast tarck help for your life and career. Dr. Roshdy has introduced new ways to the community to live your life peaceful and achieve success in way of your life. A highly effective training program has been introdced recently and becomes admired over night.
“The Codes Of Power”
We generally change ourselves for one of two reasons: inspiration or desperation. Well, the Mohamad Roshdy aimed for the inspiration, always emphasizing the importance of taking responsibility for self-improvement and showing people how to reach for bigger, better lives. Not like others he is very easy to talk to. His behaviour is polite and way is enthusiastic and most important, he never hides any sort of key steps which will help others to grow, he is a DON of Success. Upon asking what is Success means to him? He replied: “Success can mean: feeling that tingle of excitement about what you do, sticking with what matters through hard times, living a life you can feel proud of in retrospect.” Why your newly introduced program Codes of Power different, what is the speciality? Codes of power is an authentic training program. An eye-opening, groundbreaking tour of the purpose of work in our lives, showing how work operates in our culture and how you can find your own path to happiness in the workplace. We’ve long been taught that the reason we work is primarily for a paycheck. In fact, we’ve shaped much of the infrastructure of our society to accommodate this belief. Then why are so many people dissatisfied with their work, despite healthy compensation? And why do so many people find immense fulfillment and satisfaction through “menial” jobs? Roshdy explores why so many believe that the goal for working should be to earn money, how we arrived to believe that paying workers more leads to better work, and why this has made our society confused, unhappy, and has established a dangerously misguided system.Through fascinating studies and compelling anecdotes, these codes dispels this myth. Ultimately, Roshdy proves that the root of what drives us to do good work can rarely be incentivized, and that the cause of bad work is often an attempt to do just that. How did we get to this tangled place? How do we change the way we work? With great insight and wisdom, Roshdy shows us how to take our first steps toward understanding, and empowering us all to find great work.
In order to be successful, your focus has to be so intense that people think you're crazy!
Oseola MacCarty A local washerwoman in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, who became The University of Southern Mississippi’s (USM) most famous benefactor.
MacCarty was born in a Wayne Mississippi and moved to Hattiesburg as a child.
In the sixth grade, her aunt (who had no children of her own) was hospitalized and later needed a homecare. So Maccarty quit school, never to return. She later becamea washer women like her grandmother, a trade she continued until arthritis forced her to quit in 1994. McCarty's grandmother died in 1944, her mother in 1964, and her aunt in 1967. McCarty never married nor had children.
Even before dropping out of school, McCarty was taught to save money by her mother. She opened her first savings account at First Mississippi National Bank, and over the years opened several other accounts at various area banks, including Trustmark National Bank, which she appointed trustee of her trust and executor of her estate.
McCarty never owned a car; she walked everywhere she went, pushing a shopping cart nearly a mile to get groceries. She rode with friends to attend services at the Friendship Baptist Church. She did not subscribe to any newspaper, considering the expense an extravagance. Similarly, although she owned a black and white television, she only received broadcast transmissions. In 1947, her uncle gave her the house in which she lived until her death. She also received some money from her aunt and mother when they died, which she also placed into savings. Over time, Trustmark Bank personnel noticed McCarty's accumulated savings, and began to assist her in future estate planning, as well as being unofficial guardians for her. (Bank employees and other friends convinced McCarty to purchase two small window air conditioners for her house and cable television service.) With the assistance of a local attorney (for whom she had done laundry) and the bank's trust officer, using slips of paper and dimes (to represent 10% shares), McCarty set out the future distribution of her estate. She set aside one dime (10%) for her church, one dime (10%) each for three relatives, and the remaining six dimes (60%) for Southern Miss. She stipulated that the funds should be used for students, preferably those of African-American descent, who could not otherwise attend due to financial hardship. When news of McCarty's plan was made public, local leaders immediately funded an endowment in her honor.
She signed an irrevocable trust, allowing the bank to manage her funds, from which she received a regular check. In 1998, she was awarded an honorary degree from USM, the first such degree awarded by the university. She received scores of awards and other honors recognizing her unselfish spirit, and President Bill Clinton presented her with a Presidential Citizens Medal, the nation’s second highest civilian award, during a special White House Ceremony.[3]She also won the United Nations' Avicenna Medal for educational commitment. In June 1996, Harvard University awarded McCarty an honorary doctorate alongside Maya Lin,Walter Annenberg, and Judith Jameson. In 1997, McCarty received the Award for Greatest Public Service Benefiting the Disadvantaged, an award given out annually by Jefferson Awards. Ms McCarty was also recognized with an Essence Award and Patti LaBelle sang tribute to her during the ceremony at Madison Square Garden in New York. Oseola McCarty's lined, brown hands, now gnarled with arthritis, bear mute testimony to a lifetime spent washing and ironing other people's clothes. Less evident is how this quiet, 87-year-old black woman came to donate $150,000 to The University of Southern Mississippi.

O.R.E.O Formula Years had passed and I’ve been fed up of asking this question to my self,
“Is there any sort of trick that I can apply to my life or the my goals so to minimize the chances of faliure”. Everytime I used to ask the same question to my friends and fellows, and in return I got nothing but a fake smile. So years had passed and I continued my research on the topic to discover or break the code of success. So one day while my 2 years old son was eating the oreo biscuit and playing with its wraper, I observe the spellings of the name of biscuit printed on it and miracle happens and I got a formula of success. Now I’m going to share that formula in detail and I hope the readers will not only enjoy but it will bring a change to one’s life. Formula is simple but to make it understandable I will use some of the everyday examples. Think like a traveller: Now you are going to be ready for a new journey, a journey for Success, Development, dignity and admiration.
Let say that you are an international traveller and you must travel to such a place that you have never travelled before and now you have reached a new and unfamilliar destination. What will be the first thing to do? You frist act will be Observation. You will observe people, their clothing, complexion, language, currency and behaviour. Now if you entered a coffee shop you will observe the environment, their menu, ways of serving.
This only happens when you are proceding to wards your destination and accidently or mistakenly you have entered an unknown destination and this normally happens whenever you have failed to do your home work and end of the day you lost in an unknown place as well as lost your destination. Remember in order to remain on track always keep the following rules in mind.
Making an observation Hypothesizing an explanation Predicting a logical consequence Testing the hypothesis by an experiment, observational or field study. Create a conclusion with a data gathered in the experiment, observational study.
Forming a revised or a new hypothesis and finally repeating the process.
In simple words I gave a name called O.R.E.O Formula
Observe: Make an observation about your project Research: Do a proper market and social research. Experiment: Do some sort of experiment to test your project Operate: After positive results operate and bring your project to the maret place.
A question arouse that how the chances of faliure minised in the whole process??
The rule is simple, after observation and research one will get enough data to propose an experiment because everyone knows that you have to test your project and gather the feedback. If you get a negative feedback, go back to step number 1 and repeate the whole process and upon getting the positive results operate it or say bring your project to the market and your chances of success will be 90%.

WD-40
In 1953, a fledgling company called Rocket Chemical Company and its staff of three set out to create a line of rust-prevention solvents and degreasers for use in the aerospace industry. Working in a small lab in San Diego, California, it took them 40 attempts to get the water displacing formula worked out. But they must have been really good, because the original secret formula for WD-40® -which stands for Water Displacement perfected on the 40th try—is still in use today.

4 Keys to UN lock the power of your mind Take care to feed and stimulate your brain and you will expand your mind. The two are inextricably connected. We need to see the human brain and mind with wonder, awe, and inspiration.
The brain is the equivalent of a human supercomputer. It is more complicated than any computer mankind has ever made, and maximizing its ability is essential to becoming the success you want to be— because it controls who you are. It is the command center involved in and controlling absolutely everything you do, determining how you think, feel and act. Simply put: When your brain is working at peak performance, it allows you to be your best because it controls the rest.
There are some basic influences on the brain that shape how it functions and how far it develops, including genes, self-talk, life experiences, stress and study. Although these things influence the brain, they do not determine how far you can go or what you can learn. In other words, you have the incredible opportunity to go as far as you desire. So with such a tremendous tool at our disposal, what keeps so many people from experiencing the possibilities that it can bring? There are some simple barriers that have the potential to wreak havoc on your learning if you allow them to, but you can overcome them. The key to breaking through these barriers is to do the opposite‌ 1. Change your beliefs.
Many people do not believe that they can learn, master knowledge or become "smart." These are deeply held beliefs for many, and ultimately, if we do not believe it, we will not achieve it.
So change your beliefs. It is up to you to do the work of changing your beliefs. And when you do, you will be opening up new worlds—literally! Feed your mind with information that will change your belief. The truth is that you have an amazing mind with a capacity for learning that is beyond your comprehension. You must believe this. And when you do, you will be unlocking the potential of your mind. 2. Get the right knowledge. What keeps some people from learning is that they choose not to access or do not have access to knowledge. Knowledge comes from experiences, books, people, and other "knowledge dispensers." We must tap into that knowledge.
So get the right knowledge. Words if they are not true are meaningless. I hear children say, "I read it in a book." But is it true? Just because someone says it or writes it, doesn't mean it is true. As a learner, you want to get the right knowledge, not just information or opinions. It is your job to seek out information and knowledge and then test it and run it through your mind to see if it is true, and if it can be rightfully applied to your life in order to make it better and help you succeed. You need to weigh and measure what
you learn in order to gain the right knowledge. And when you do, you will be unlocking the potential of your mind. 3. Become passionate about learning.
Some people simply do not have the desire to learn. They may be lazy, or they may not see the positive impact that learning would have on them. They have no passion inside that drives them to learn.
So become passionate about learning. This will take some work, but the only way to do it is to begin learning about things that have an immediate impact in your life. When you learn about a new financial concept that helps you earn money or get out of debt, that will get you fired up. When you learn about how to interact with your family in a healthy way and your relationships get better, that will inspire you. Become passionate about learning. And when you do, you will be unlocking the potential of your mind. 4. Discipline yourself through the hard work of study.
Gaining knowledge is hard work and takes a lifetime to master. It is an ongoing discipline that is never complete.
So discipline yourself through the hard work of study. Learning will take work. Until someone comes up with modules that can plug into your mind and give you instant access to knowledge, you are on your own, and that takes work. The process of learning is a long one. Yes, we can speed it up, but it is still a process of reading, listening, reviewing, repetition, applying the knowledge, experiencing the outcomes, readjusting, etc. Simply put, that takes time. Slowly but surely, when you discipline yourself, you gain knowledge and learn. And when you do, you will be unlocking the potential of your mind. Learning is possible, no matter what your age. You are never too young or too old. Your mind was created to learn and has a huge capacity to do so. This week, make a commitment to unlock the potential of your mind!
7 Do’s and Don’ts for Entrepreneurial Success Quick but valuable advice from Darren Hardy’s 'The Entrepreneur Roller Coaster' Darren Hardy
1. DON’T want what you don’t want. It’s easy to fall under the spell of someone else’s dream or be seduced by the scorekeeping of other people’s goals. Don’t. Follow your own path—not the Joneses’. Don’t let fear, envy or social pressure cloud your vision. 2. DON’T miss the point. Bigger is only better if it makes the smile on your face wider and brighter, and fills the journey with joy. Live today as you want to be remembered in the end. 3. DO the right thing. When faced with the choices that are the hardest to make—when your dreams, ambition and drive are begging you to do one thing while your conscience is telling you to do another— remember that the only way you’ll have an enduring smile is if you uphold your values. 4. DO trust your gut. Don’t wait until you’re 80 and filled with regret. Be the person you “could have been” now. 5. DO keep your resolve. Many entrepreneurs fail not because of their idea, their skill or the market, but because they give up when the summit is within reach. 6. DON’T forget why. Business will change you. Don’t forget who you are right now. Don’t forget who you were the day you decided to ride the entrepreneur roller coaster. 7. DO seek your greatness. You have been given incredible gifts. You are capable of awe-inspiring achievement and significant contribution to the people and world around you. You have a responsibility to use the potential you’ve been given, to apply it and grow it.
The Founding Spirit Behind NetSol Mr. Salim Ghauri emerged as an IT entrepreneur in 1995 and swept the market off its feet as a smart typhoon. Today, we know him as an IT business icon or the “Bill Gates of Pakistan”.
He has been among the most influential Pakistanis who
have left the mark on the entire society. Thinking out of the box, he founded and chaired the top branded IT Company, NetSol Technologies.
In spite of his huge success, he is very friendly, sensitive and caring towards people around him. Even his diverse engagements don’t hinder in replying the queries approaching him through internet. Many interviews of him about IT and his company are available online. So, we decided to take an unconventional interview of him on this blog. Thank you Salim for being on the interview despite a very busy schedule of yours!
Tell us about your family background, teenage inspirations and success story.
Salim Ghauri: Born in Bahawalpur to an entrepreneurial father. My father has worked very hard all his life to give a good life to his family. He has been my inspiration to do more. He has led his life as an example for me. Today, even at the age of 86 he is up very early in the morning to offer his prayer and goes to play golf five days a week. From a very young age, I wanted to be a businessman. That came from my father…as I watched him managing his business. Travelling…meeting people from around the world… I used to dream of meeting people from different countries and signing million dollars deals…
What inspired you to choose an unconventional path of being an IT entrepreneur in Pakistan? What was your vision when you started? Salim Ghauri: I have been in IT industry for over 34 years. My career started with my first job in computer department in Citibank, Riyadh, in 1980. Having worked as a computer programmer and network designer, I had had seventeen years of experience by 1996, when I decided to set up NetSol Technologies. Before coming back to Lahore and establishing NetSol Technologies, I had been working in Australia for eight years. I had a very successful consultancy in Sydney. I left a good life in Australia and returned to Pakistan to establish my own IT Company. I had this desire to build a globally recognized corporation. What services does your company, NetSol Technologies, offer? What is your biggest achievement that makes you really proud of yourself?
Salim Ghauri: NetSol Technologies is a product company. We have developed a Lease & Finance application. We sell license of our application and provide service to our customers on our product. We are one of the largest company in the world in this domain. We have the understanding how this business works. We provide expert consultancy to our customers to run their businesses more efficiently and profitably. Our biggest achievement is to have developed a globally recognized product from Pakistan. We have captured 90% of Chinese market in Lease & Finance business. What was the darkest time of your journey? Did you think of closing down at that point?
Salim Ghauri: In 2001, the IT market got crashed down. We lost most of our clients. There was a time I thought we would not be able to pay our salaries even. But we did not give up and continued running the business by selling our personal assets to pay the bills. Which factors and decision of yours have made your company grow so rapidly? Did you find Pakistani market supportive of you?
Salim Ghauri: We were never dependent on Pakistani market. Since beginning we focused on international market. Fortunately, for us, our focus was on Asian market. When things were bad in North America and Europe, Asia was doing well. Our decision to have the quality standards in our company was our best decision. What is your advice to youngsters who dream to be entrepreneurs but hesitate to dare it?
Salim Ghauri: There is no success without risk. Success rate in business building is low. But people who have abilities to innovate and have creative ideas must try their luck as entrepreneurs. Rewards are high when you are willing to take risks.
When did you first discover the dynamic leader inside you? How did you manage to play such diverse roles simultaneously as the CEO & Chairman of NetSol Technologies, Chairperson Federal ICT Task Force, Australian Honorary Consul to Punjab, Pak, Charter Member TiE, Lahore Chapter, and, Senior Vice President American Business forum?
Salim Ghauri: We learn about our potential gradually. Our ability to deal with people and success in getting the best out of people is the key to being a successful leader. Slowly you get confidence in yourself to deal with bigger problems and handle more people. A good leader delegates to the best people around. With delegation there is more time to do more than one job. All of the above responsibilities are managed by competent people. I just guide them to the right direction. What is your way of being organized? Do you plan your days, weeks, months and years in advance?
Salim Ghauri: We plan for three years. With a strategy in place and all people behind agreed plan, every single day is well organized in advance. No ad hoc decisions are appreciated. Even in case of crises, processes have been defined. Every one works through a plan. I spend my time in reviews and guiding the teams to make sure we all are on the same page. How do you balance your work, family, and social life?
Salim Ghauri: Early in my life I worked very hard and long hours. I didn’t remember how my children grew up so fast. Missed their birthdays and school events. But it’s not any more now. I make sure I balance my time between my family and works. Love to spend evenings with my friends. Do you think that man-woman relationship is changing in our society due to more access of education and work opportunities for girls? How would you comment on it?
Salim Ghauri: Women play a very important role in our society. Female education is positive for the community. An educated female is a good wife; she will be able to look after the household and finances better. An educated mother has proven to be a better mother than a less educated mom. Fortunately, the new generation of Pakistani female is more educated and ambitious. We have experienced that some of the best team leads are females. Even as workers, they are more reliable than male workers. Going forward, women in Pakistan will play their role in the development of the country What are your best lessons in your personal and professional lives?
Salim Ghauri: Many lessons learned over the 34 years of professional life. Treat people with respect; without receiving respect, they will not respect you back. Leadership is about hiring the best people and then letting them do their work. Do you think IT has influenced the overall attitudes of Pakistani society? If yes, how?
Salim Ghauri: We are good at adopting technology. Biggest change has come through smart phones. Next most important change will come once we will have 3G/4G service in Pakistan. More people will now rely on smart phones to access net and exchange information.
These days, the trend of online education is being introduced in our country. Can we educate our poor masses on national level using IT? Can such plans be made despite the entire energy crisis in Pakistan? Salim Ghauri: IT is now education and will play a bigger role in educating masses. The more our decision makers appreciate how economical e-learning is, the more benefit they will get out of it. And, as a result, we will see a positive change in our society. In other words, this is the best change which will benefit masses. Future is in e-learning. More and more institutions will offer e-learning, handling larger number of students. Soon, we will have paper less education. Our course material will all be e-based, where we will not need printed text books.
Can we design IT-oriented certificate courses that can make our undergraduate ladies skilled enough to be on their own feet? Alongside, can we provide them with a less competitive freelance market where they can earn according to their potential? Salim Ghauri: IT education is the easiest medium of teaching and learning. Small IT courses can change life. Freelancing has created new opportunities. Now, we see that a larger number of youth is earning their livings through freelancing. As Chairman of PASHA, please tell us what PASHA is doing to build a positive image of Pakistan in the field of technology? Also, like India where government is giving subsidy to IT firms, can you convince the Pakistani government to take a step like this?
Salim Ghauri: PASHA is doing its job in highlighting the achievements of Pakistani IT companies. It’s a slow process but I believe we will be more visible to the world. Our industry is now mature and now more companies are working for global customer base. IT industry can be best served by leaving it alone. Entrepreneurship grows when there is no interference. Do you like any IT-related movies? If yes, what are their names?
Salim Ghauri: I do watch and enjoy movies. Best IT movie was Matrix. Watched it again and again. Interestingly, more and more movies are made through special effects or are computer generated. What is your concept and way of giving back to your country?
Salim Ghauri: Best way is to reply to questionnaires like this one. This way I share my experiences with others. On the other side, I have opened myself to people. I accept all the invitations to visit schools and Universities to speak to the students. I believe by sharing my failures and successes with young people, I would help them take the right decisions.
“10 tips to help you maintaining concentration” In our everyday life we have as well countless tasks that have to be accomplished. For the completion of our tasks we need to compensate full attention. But the completion of our tasks required our complete focus. If we failed to concentrate we can’t complete our task or we can say we can complete it but not in a good manner. Here I ‘am going to discuss some steps that if we follow it properly by the grace of GOD not only we can fulfill our task but also we will enjoy it. 1-Multi Tasking
So many people thought that they have been given a multi-tasking power of almighty God that they can do multiple tasks at a time and can never be filled. But here I ‘m going to tell you the reality that no one can perform multi tasking accurately or perfectly except some of the small jobs like putting on clothes while listening to music or keeping files or books while talking on a telephone etc. But for the big assignments and tasks we must perform our tasks one by one otherwise we will get failed in the completion of our tasks. Why this happens? This is because our brain even we are one of the highest genius or intelligent people our brain requires some specific time to maintain concentration and divert attention from one task to another and while performing our tasks through multi tasking we don't only waste a lot of time but also got failed in completing our tasks. So just perform one task at a time and after completing the first one, and then only proceed towards the next one. 2-Plan a Reward and don’t feel bored
In our everyday life routine, we are facing too many different tasks and most of them we found it boring. For bore tasks we at first try to avoid, but if we can’t avoid it, then we have to face it and complete it on the other hand, if we have no interest in it then how can we complete it. There is a way, for those tasks which you feel bore, try to plan a reward for it i.e. Tell yourself if I ‘m going to complete that task I will reward myself for example on the completion of the task I will go outside and take a walk for 15 minutes or I will drink a cup of tea/coffee or I will watch a movie or I will take a nap. In this way you will not only complete that task, but on the other hand you will enjoy it. Another way to complete your boring task is to think about it mean that think about its importance in our life that how much it is important for us, how we can’t succeed without it. Just think for a while and by the grace of God you will see that you will not feel bored and you will complete that task very easily and happily. 3-Tension/Stress
Tension/stress plays an important role in diverting our attention. If we have any sort of tension we not only can’t concentrate on our work but also starts hating it. Mental tension is that problem of almost everyone that we can’t forget it immediately. It is difficult, but not impossible. The best way to release from our tension/stress is to share our problem with any good and most trusted friend or a family member. Remember to share your tension only with your most trusted friends. Now if you don’t have such friend or family member then write cause of your tension on a paper. Like this way you can also get rid of your tension and then you can concentrate on your work in a more accurate way. 4-Electronic Technology
Technology plays an important role in our life as well as in our daily routine work; on the other hand it also plays a vital role in diverting our attention from our task. For example ringing of mobile phones. If we are thinking about or working on something very important and at that moment if our mobile phone rings it immediately diverts our attention from upcoming ideas, other causes are messages, news feeds
on Face Book etc. First of all, while performing your task you must switch off your mobile phone and if it is not possible then at least keep it silent. Close your social media account for sometimes, do not check your e-mails or I can say like this that try to go to that place which do not have internet facility. Here I ‘am going to give an example of India’s number one music director Mr. A R Rehman. I ‘m sure everyone or majority knows him. So Mr. Rehman works only at night time when everyone else sleeps because he believes that working at night time is better than morning due to no calls or no outside sound especially no visitors at night. 5- Tiredness
Another important factor is tiredness. It is better not to perform the important task at that time if you feel tired because you will never experience the importance of your work and you will not complete it perfectly instead you will feel it as a burden. Everyone knows the about himself best time at which he/she feels fresh. So try to perform more important tasks at that time in which you feel fresh. Secondly, if you feel tired while working and you can’t stop working like if you are in the office etc. So try to take at least 5-10 minutes rest and in the mean time take a cup of coffee/ tea lay down if you can or take a walk or talk to somebody on the phone or meet him/her if possible. In this way you will feel much better and then you can continue your work. 6-Medecines
After following all these steps and taking a good care of your time and health, if you again feel that you can’t concentrate on your work, then check that is there any medicine that you are taking and that is the reason for you not to concentrate on your work. If you have a doubt then I recommend that immediately consult a doctor and explain his / her situation and ask the doctor to suggest any other medicine which do not make your mind nub or do not divert your attention from concentrating on your work. 7-Breakfast
Unfortunately In this modern era we people are very busy in our everyday life, in our businesses, in our jobs so that we did not care to eat proper food and especially a good healthy breakfast. Breakfast is very important for us, but we people didn’t care for it. If we are not eating proper breakfast we lost the freshness of our face, you will lose your mental concentration, your health etc. So first of all, remember never miss your breakfast as I said it is very important for our health and brain and if we take proper breakfast and a balanced diet, there is no need for us to take any sort of medicine or multivitamins. But remember, don’t each much meat or oily foods, try to take less chili and more vegetables and if you follow this step and make it a part of your life than you will feel the difference in before and after. Even if you consult a doctor he/she will also suggest you to take breakfast at any cost, so from now onwards try to make it your permanent habit. 8-Meditation
It is a practice in which an individual trains the mind and/or induces a mode of consciousness to realize some benefit, although it can be argued meditation is a goal in and of itself.
The term meditation refers to a broad variety of practices (much like the term sports), which range from techniques designed to promote relaxation, contacting spiritual guides, building internal energy ,receiving psychic visions, getting closer to a god, seeing past lives, taking astral journeys, and so forth, to more technical exercises targeted at developing compassion, love, patience, generosity, forgiveness and more far-reaching goals such as effortless sustained single-pointed concentration, single-pointed analysis, and an indestructible sense of well-being while engaging in any and all of life's activities. The
advantage of meditation is you can increase the power of concentration of your mind. Easy way of meditation is praying. During praying you have to concentrate on the words which you are reciting through your mouth or in your heart, like this if you make meditation your permanent habit, then you will find it easy to concentrate on your work or any task which you are going to perform. One more thing in the beginning you will find it difficult to concentrate on what you are praying. Don’t feel bad and don’t even get disheartened just keep trying with an open heart and soon you will succeed. 9-Physical Exercise
It is also a very important and essential for our everyday life, but unfortunately we are not getting much time for our health from our busy life. Research had told us that the persons who are doing physical exercises every day are much better than other persons who are not doing any sort of exercise, better in the sense of the immune system. They rarely got sick and even if they got sick, they got recovered from their sickness so quickly as compare to the other persons. These types of people have good power of concentration. They always feel fresh and always work with great concentration and perfection and their mind is always alert. If you want to make your brain more powerful than make physical exercise a permanent part of your everyday life. 10-Proper sleep
The most important thing on which I want to shed some light is a sound sleep. Too many people have a misconception that sleeping is not good if you want to be successful in life. Some teachers guide their students that the best place for the student for sleeping is their study table. I ‘m sorry I disagree, to make our mind more alert than before, want to make it more concentrated even want to be relaxed, just take a proper sleep and not ordinary sleep, you have to take a sound sleep a deep sleep. For taking a good sleep here I’m going to give you some tips. First of all wash your face properly and if possible take a good bath. Then, depending on whether if you can take a cup of hot milk then go ahead take it. Then go to bed, while you are on the bed empty your brain from all kinds of worries and starts advising yourself that “I should not take any sort of tension at the moment, I should enjoy a sound sleep” remember one thing while saying these words you not only say orally but also think about it by heart and after that just think how beautiful the night is, how good the pleasure of sleep, I will enjoy my deep sleep so much. By the grace of Al Mighty God you will get success in this therapy you will get a beautiful sound sleep and I guarantee that you will enjoy it. So these are the point which you should follow if you want to concentrate on your work completely and try to make them the part of your life, especially last four headings, if you make them permanent part of your life then in no time you will be the habit of concentrating on each and every thing.

will learn easily how to achieve our goals more easily than before. In our life we will get so many chances for success. Remember always take a fresh start and always start from zero i.e. Start from the beginning and one most important thing is that always go slow, don’t try to get everything over night, that is why the majority of people got failed badly and got disheartened. That’s why I would like to recommend that don’t follow the means of becoming rich, even if you got a chance to go forward from 0 to 2 not 1 then don’t choose the path of 2 just go through proper channel and most important thing always be patient. Another thing is to remember “Haste Makes Waste” so take each and every step slow because
