A monument of culture, a mainstay of art, a house of artists and a town of kings. Beautiful, even magical Cracow have been attracting and enchanting tourists for ages. It is a city which stands on the podium of every ranking for the most beautiful city in Poland. Its long and complicated history has made it a city full of historic sites but
still we can find modern attractions and places where one can spend time in an active way.
Majestic Krak and Wanda Mound are witnesses of the beginning of Cracow and museums display relics from the Palaeolithic. Visiting the Wawel, we will discover
the history of the Piasts who ruled and the Jagiellonians who took care of the development of the town and its art. Entering the streets of the Old Town, we will explore the history of their former citizens, merchants and artists. In Kazimierz we will get to know Jews of Cracow and the banks of the Vistula will remind us of the time
when Cracow was a member of the Hanseatic League. The magic of Cracow can be felt in every district, street and at every square. Cracow also provides great space for a variety of sports – running, cycling, kayaking, team sports or gymnastics.
Sport equals health!
Sport equals health! Many people know about it but very few put it into practice. It is a great idea to take care of your health as early as possible. In Cracow there is a place which enables the youngest ones to take part in gymnastics – the youngest meaning even 4 month-olds.
Parents who want their children to lead a healthy life full of physical activity must get acquainted with the offer of WSKOCZ TU Gymnastics Centre. During classes, toddlers develop their physical fitness, work on their physical condition and have fun.
Professional approach
Classes focused on general development which are conducted at WSKOCZ TU Gymnastics Centre are divided into various thematic blocks that allow children to gain knowledge and discover the world while doing sports.
Parents do not have to be concerned about their safety as classes are conducted by well-qualified staff with the use of professional equipment. What is more, exercises are meticulously chosen to fit a given age group.
An active toddler
The youngest group at WSKOCZ TU Gymnastics Centre is devoted to children at the age of 4 – 10 months old and is called Pchełki (Tiddlywinks). The group for children at the age of 10 and older is called Pumas. There are also Frogs (10 – 18 months old children), Kangaroos (19 – 30 months old children), Super Kangaroos (30 – 36 months
old children), Smart Monkeys (3 years old children), Crazy Squirrels (4 years old children), Jumping Hares (5 – 6 years old children) and Panthers (7 – 9 years old children). Furthermore, the centre organises day camps which give their participants a chance to spend their summer in an active way.
Sports birthdays
WSKOCZ TU Gymnastics Centre is a great place to organise birthday parties for every active child. During such a birthday party the whole centre is booked for
a birthday child and their guests. There is a separate area for children and parents.
