Khyber Pakhtunkhwa CDLD Programme

The CDLD Policy has been operationalised by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to achieve sustainable improvement in the coverage and quality of front-line public service delivery through the active involvement of local communities. The Policy builds on the governance reform initiatives undertaken by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to empower citizens through “community participation for local development”.
