The Kroc Center provides a safe environment for your child while you participate in any activity in the facility. Play Care is first-come, first-served for children 3 months to 6 years. Space is limited. Two hour maximum per day. Adult must remain on-site. Monthly passes are available.

DROP-IN CLASSES & CLIMBING
Class & Climbing Passes for Silver Members are available for purchase at the front desk or online. Each pass includes access to either one group exercise class, or access to the climbing wall during Open Climb Time. All attendees are required to check-in at the front desk. You may purchase a pass up to two hours prior to the class or your intended climb time. Climbing equipment is included with purchase. Climbers may use auto belay or a certified belay partner during Open Climb Time. Unless otherwise noted, the minimum age for drop-in classes is 13–14 years with an adult, and 15+ without an adult. Kids Ages 7–10 will have a blast At The Kroc while their parents work out or take a class! Depending on the day, kids ages 7–10 will participate in a variety of fun games and activities. Space is limited. Two hour maximum per day. Adult must remain on-site.

CYCLING CLASSES BEGINNER INDOOR CYCLING This class will teach new riders the basics of indoor cycling, including proper bike set up, body alignment and positions. Classes will include interval and endurance training and will improve strength and recovery. Riders will also be taught the benefits of proper stretching both before and after riding. Come and learn to ride today.
INDOOR CYCLING Hit the hills, power the sprints, and chase down the competition. Get awesome cardio workouts with this high energy, heart-pounding, exhilarating class. Individual chooses intensity level so beginners to advanced participants are encouraged to attend. New students please come early for proper bike fitting.
GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES BLAST Blast features an energetic blend of aerobic kickboxing, full body strength training and ab work.
BOOT CAMP FITNESS This challenging strength and conditioning class will get you into peak physical condition by integrating functional strength training including TRX®, cardio intervals and core strengthening. A wide range of indoor and outdoor drills (seasonally) will be the focus of this class.
GROUP FIT Come and be challenged by this blend of resistance work and cardio intervals. This class will use a variety of resistance exercises and will incorporate dumbbells, elastic bands, gravity based moves and stability balls. Come and get FIT!
GROUP STRENGTH Be strong! This course will focus on resistance training and will strengthen and tone all of the major muscle groups using barbells, dumbbells, gravity based exercises resistance bands and more.
KROC FIT BASIC* Kroc Fit Basic is a class designed for mature adults and individuals at a basic fitness level. Come and increase stamina, total body strength, and balance. KROC YOGA: EXTRA GENTLE
PILATES FUSION
This class provides an extra gentle, relaxed workout using an easy-does-it approach that is designed to improve posture, increase range of motion, flexibility, strength, and breathing techniques. Students in this class have the option of sitting or standing while exercising. This class is recommended for injury recovery & for people who have physical limitations.
Pilates fusion blends pilates and yoga with a focus on core strength and balance. This fun and challenging class will balance intensity and relaxation. Come be revitalized and invigorated in this class where all ability levels are welcome. Modifications will be given.
KROC YOGA: GENTLE This class combines gentle stretching and toning movements with breathing techniques and is designed to improve flexibility, balance, range of motion, concentration, and muscle tone. The class emphasizes proper alignment during movement postures making it a perfect fit for the beginner or advanced student who wants to move and learn at a slower, gentler pace. This class is open to all ability levels.
KROC YOGA Enjoy stretching and toning all muscle groups while you develop flexibility, strength and stamina. This class will enhance your physical and mental strength by linking flowing sequences of movement and breathing techniques. Benefits include increased range of motion, concentration and muscle tone. Modifications will be given to allow students of all ability levels to participate. A slower, gentle approach is offered in Kroc Yoga: Gentle.
BEGINNER LINE DANCING
Come learn and practice basic line dancing in a fun, friendly, laid back environment. No experience necessary, anybody can line dance! Feel free to try either (beginning or intermediate) class to find your comfort zone.
INTERMEDIATE LINE DANCING
Now that you can dance...we’re going to kick it up a notch! Some prior experience helpful(any kind of dance). Dances will range from high beginner to intermediate. Come get to know a great bunch of people. As always, fun is a priority!

TRI STRENGTH Increase your performance, strength, and flexibility for your next Triathlon. Kroc Coaches will encourage and teach proper training techniques to increase your core strength, upper body strength, and over all explosive speed by using functional movements and equipment. Training will include use of the TRX® (great for upper body/core strength in swimming), free weights, plyometric boxes/steps, kettle bells, and medicine balls. Be ahead of the pack with this strength program to help you RUN, BIKE and SWIM faster!
ZUMBA® This class is a fusion of Latin and International dance music themes that create an exciting, unique and fun fitness class! The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
ZUMBA® GOLD This class takes the Zumba formula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. This shallow water aerobics class provides choreographed routines for stretching, toning, and cardiovascular improvement.
The focus of this class is fat burning! The class begins with a short warm-up followed by thirty minutes of high intensity interval training in the water. Be ready to deploy the “work” in this workout!
AQUA FIT* Aqua Fit is a shallow water aerobics class with choreographed combinations performed to lively music. Each class begins with a gentle warm-up followed by 30 minutes of continuous movement in an aquatic environment that provides strengthening, flexibility, and cardiovascular benefits. The last portion of the class will be devoted to specific toning exercises, stretching, breathing, and relaxation techniques. *Recommended for Silver&Fit®.

DEEP WATER SENSATION 360
Water exercise is the best medicine! This class is adapted for individuals not ready for regular aquatic group exercise. This class will use the healing and soothing environment of water and gentle exercise to promote healthy bodies. It offers another tool in managing chronic conditions and pain, such as MS.
Kick it up a notch with this fast, no-impact class designed to build cardiovascular strength and muscle tone. Participants must feel comfortable in deep water. Flotation belts and other equipment are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
AQUA SCULPT
This class is a rigorous cross-training of water jogging, swimming, water aerobics, modified plyometric, strength, and cardiovascular exercises.
Use the natural resistance of water, along with breathing and relaxation techniques, to improve balance, core strength, stability, enhance flexibility, and heighten mind-body awareness. Instruction can be modified for all levels.
AQUA RHYTHM This fun shallow water aerobics class is filled with rhythms to motivate you for an entire body muscle conditioning. This high tempo class focuses on cardio respiratory endurance as well as some strength training and toning. Get ready to tap your feet to the beat!
RIVER WALK CLASS Power walk your way to a healthy lifestyle in our lazy river! Moving with and against the current helps build cardiovascular and muscle strength.
This class uses high and low cadence deep water running to improve your cardio conditioning, muscle endurance, turnover and functional running strength. The results are amazing! Deep water running is an excellent low impact way to reduce stress on the joints, stay cool while training, prevent injuries, recover from injuries, and is a great alternative to training outdoors on rainy days.
