Century close to Machnáč hill in broader district Bratislava I – Staré mesto. Locality is well known firstly due to nearby Horský park, former amphitheatre (on this clarified parcel is expected to be built new polyfunctional apartment building) and object of Archive (residence of Society of Slovak Archivers) in its direct neighborhood. It is a group of 9 residential houses grouped to the shape of a circle around the entry road that is also in the shape of circle. Residential houses have 5 floors. Objects located in pleasant surrounding with rich portion of green areas have a character of a closed community and dispose with good view over the town. From architectonic point of view there are simple spot residential houses, their facades are covered with plaster with decent color arrangement. The only special modification is generous balconies on each floor and fifth floor as an attic with untraditional arched roofing. Residential complex, although is practically in the city centre, is not well connected to public transport. The nearest trolleybus stop providing connection to the town is more than 500m remote, bus stop is only 100m indeed, but it is just a local link providing connection to the railway station. So for the comfortable life in this area in otherwise high-class surrounding you need to have your own car.
