TERMS & CONDITIONS TERMS The terms of the sale are cash, cheque, e-transfer, or wire and are due at the time of sale, unless other arrangements have been made between buyer and seller prior to the sale. Transcon reserves the right to charge interest at a rate of 2% per month on overdue accounts. The right of property shall not pass until after settlement is made. Transcon Livestock Corp. reserves the right to require a certified cheque as settlement before releasing any sale cattle. Should any purchaser fail to settle for their purchase Transcon Livestock Corp. reserves full power to resell the animal to the best advantage either publicly or privately, without further notice. Any loss arising from such resale together with keep and all other expenses shall be payable by the defaulter. All settlements must be made with the clerks of the sale before any cattle will be released. Transcon Livestock Corp and/or the Auctioneer shall have the right to refuse bids from anyone who has a previous record of default in payment or who has not made proper credit clearance prior to the sale with the owner or Sale Managers. BID No private sales will be allowed except as otherwise provided for in the terms and conditions. No by-bidding will be permitted. SALES TAXES Applicable sales taxes will be charged on semen, embryos, and trucking fees (if listed), respective to the home province of the buyer, not the seller. DISPUTES In cases of disputes, bidding will be reopened between the parties involved. If no further bid is made the buyer will be the person from whom the auctioneer accepted the last bid. The auctioneer’s decision in such matters will be final. PURCHASER’S RISK Each animal becomes the risk of the purchaser as soon as sold. Animals will be cared for at the purchaser’s risk for a reasonable length of time. INSURANCE Each animal becomes the risk of the purchaser at the time of sale and should be insured. Animals returning to the seller’s farm must be insured. US BUYERS There is an additional charge (approximately $300.00 US dollars) that will be applied to each animal purchased. This covers documentation, vet inspections/testing required to export. This cost does not include transportation or brokerage which is the responsibility of the buyer. CATTLE PICTURES AND INFORMATION PROVIDED The images in this catalogue are believed to be accurate representations of the individual animals and the information contained in this catalogue is provided by the seller and believed to be true and accurate. Transcon Livestock Corp. and catalogue designers/producers assume no responsibility if the images and/or information as received have been altered or is inaccurate. ANNOUNCEMENTS All announcements from the auction block will take precedence over the printed matter in the catalogue. Buyers are therefore cautioned to pay attention to any such announcements.

CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRY A registration/recordation certificate issued by the applicable breed association and duly transferred will be furnished to the buyer of each animal after settlement has been made. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the acceptance of this certificate in any other association. SHIPPING Assistance will be given in making shipment after the sale but no risk is assumed by the Sales Management or Seller. Expenses incurred are the responsibility of the purchaser. Purchasers are requested to furnish shipping instructions when making settlement. BREEDERS GUARANTEE As per applicable Canadian Breed Association Breeding Guarantee guidelines. Copies are available at the sale settlement desk to be picked up by the buyer at any time. In no event shall the seller be responsible for reimbursing more than the purchase price. EXCEPTION TO GUARANTEE In cases where the animal is subjected to any hormonal or surgical reproduction techniques after the sale, the guarantee shall be null and void. HEALTH It is the buyer’s responsibility to determine health requirements for importing any animal into his province or state. Transcon Livestock Corp. assumes no responsibility for the health status of any animal in the sale. EMBRYO & SEMEN Full settlement must be made before release is done and shipping arrangements should be done within 30 days of the sale unless arrangements made between buyer and seller prior to the sale. Shipping arrangements and costs are the expense of the purchaser once release has been given. ACCIDENTS Although every precaution will be taken to protect the safety and comfort of buyers, neither the Sales Management, auctioneer, consignors, or Association assumes any responsibility in this matter and disclaims any liability legal or otherwise in the event of accident or loss of property. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS The above terms and conditions of the sale shall constitute a contract between the buyer and the seller and be equally binding to both. Jade also goes back to the “PENNY” cow family. This family of cows has exceptional feet, udders and longevity. We are never disappointed in these females. 124J is sired by TYMARC Digger, this bull has done nothing but improve our herd. He has incredible EPDs with great calving ease, weaning weight and milk. Don’t let Jades short tail fool you, she is an extremely powerful heifer. Capacious, thick and so much hair you can’t go wrong. Both of these awesome heifers are out of Wilson and Lindsey’s herd. They are very excited with what they have on offer this year!

We picked our top fleck, red and black calf to come to town this year and this is our pick of the blacks. Shes a late December born deep, thick, all around good heifer. Harriet is a cherry red Bootlegger daughter that is moderately made with lots of middle. She has an attractive presence with smooth lines and tanky build. Her dam was the high selling bred heifer and one of the overall high sellers at the Skor dispersal who we teamed up with Red Top and Stouts to purchase. We first noticed Farren as a couple month old heifer calf beside her dam Fortune 176Y and could tell she was a special one. She’s a dark red female with a tremendous amount of shape and on her way to entering the donor program. Harriets grand dam, 176Y’s first 3 bull calves averaged an impressive $30000 with 2 of these being 3/4 siblings to Harriet. We are working on building our black side and females like this should be staying home, so the new owners i guess will reap some rewards. A little different side to the Riddler with Golden Opportunity on the bottom. Really liked all the females I have seen with that on the paper. The bottom side of the pedigree is stamped full great making females that the bred thrives on. 45J has a sale veto on her from the day she was born, but with the way the year went we made the hard decision to sell her a s our first black female on consigmnet. She stands on a perfectly square foot and moves extremely well. This girl is a powerhouse that is as long as they come while staying in a feminine package. If she's anything like her mother, she will be a bull maker. We use 199A's first calf as a bull in our commercial herd until this year and he has influenced our commercial herd greatly over the years. 54J is a very stout and complete heifer out of a young cow. Her dam is one of my favourite cows on the farm. Her grand dam has worked well on all types of breeding, who is also the dam to 59J. This was the first of the "Jabba" calves and after seeing the way they developed as a group, I will be breeding more cows to him this spring. As just a March 25th calf you really have to appreciate the depth and capacity of this young heifer. This is the last Exciter heifer we have to offer. Unfortunately, we lost him due to injury this year. She is a perfect example of the type of cattle that Exciter gave us- great feet, tons of rib, lots of capacity, hair, and just overall great cattle. His first calf crop just raised their first calf and I couldn't be happier with the quality of females that he had rasied and I expect her to be right at the top end of them all. Nydam 54X was a female we tried to purchase from the Kopp’s dispersal so when Beechinor’s offered up a flush on this female it was an opportunity we could not pass up on. Like her dam Jewel is big barreled, structurally very sound and has longevity breed into her. She is clean in her lines and has caught our eye all summer on pasture. Here is a powerhouse heifer that we think very highly of. Sired by Black Gold Approval who was their 2018 high selling Red Purebred bull that we acquired some semen on. A long smooth made herdsire built for calving ease but the growth his progeny have is very impressive. Top donor cows of the industry run deep throughout his pedigree and I believe their influence has impacted this calf in a big way. As they say it takes 2 and Cindy has also put her stamp on this girl, a no fault cow that has done a super job here, she always more than earns her keep and looks great doing it year after year. Together, Approval and Cindy made a very stout, extremely thick, wide topped, deep bodied, good footed, easy fleshing calf with an amazing hair coat. Quest for joy has been a stand out from day one. I bought her dam, 209Y from Skors dispersal sale. I admired her for her deep body, big bold rib and her beautiful square udder and the fact that she was very productive for them. After she had a great Lieutenant heifer last year, I decided to breed her to the popular SVS Betts bull. After watching 119J the first few months I decided to flush 209Y the same way. After a successful flush we implanted a few of the embryos this year and I'm excited to see some of her full siblings this spring. Jasmine is a female that is hard not to love. She's big ribbed, wide topped and goes back to one of my cornerstone females, South Holden Lila 9L. Her mother 517C has been a great cow so far and is still in production with 2 maternal sisters in the herd. 144J might not be the "fanciest" female in the pen but I feel she will be a very productive female.

Our lead off female from our new herdbull co-owned with KD Simmentals – MOES Got Game 12G. This red, power heifer is long spined, big topped with some bone and mass. We added 12G to our breeding program to add some overall scale and performance and in his first calf crop he has done that along with offering unreal calving ease for a bull of his stature. The powerful cow family behind this sweet female has been tremendous in production raising a $14,000 bred through this sale to Czech-Mate, a $15,000 bull to CRM Simmentals, numerous females in the herd and other related females through this sale as well as the 135Y cow selling through our Half the Herd Production sale to IH Simmentals. 2107J is one that is stacked with a solid production background and should go on to produce well for her new owners. 2107J has not been tested for polled but all resulting progeny from this cow family have proven to be.
