Muito se fala em atração de talentos, retenção de pessoas, desenvolvimento de potencial e da dificuldade de encontrar as pessoas certas, principalmente quando se trata de jovens profissionais. Boa parte das empresas investe em processos seletivos sofisticados e ao final mal consegue preencher as vagas.
