FItness & Wellness Levels of Intensity Each fitness class is rated by its difficulty. To learn more about which classes are right for you, look for the dumbbell icons. For absolute beginners.

A bit more advanced, but suitable for all levels.

50+ Strengthen and Stretch

spin & TRX®

Strengthen and Stretch is tied in with the 50+ Walk-On program. Join our CSEP-certified trainer for a 30-minute exercise class that focuses on fun while improving strength and flexibility.

Combining two popular workouts into one! The first part of the class the instructor will take you through various drills to get the heart pumping. Followed by 30 minutes of full body strengthening on the TRX. Limited to 10 participants.

Mind Body Reset The mind is a powerful thing. Often, we ignore the signs of stress that can take a toll on the body. Using meditation and muscle release techniques you will be guided through a series of movements and breathing exercises that will help you calm the mind, relieve stress in the muscles, while lengthening your entire body.

Stability Ball Strong The stability ball is an amazing & versatile piece of equipment. Throw in some free weights and a Bender Ball and you have one comprehensive workout! This class will cover all of the body parts leaving you feeling energized and strong from head to toe.

Floor, Core, & More This class will focus on the muscles connected to core movement, including shoulder & hip stability, posterior muscle chain strength, and of course, the abdominals!

Cardio Kickbox Skills and Drills Check out the uniqueness of the boxing area in this fat busting fitness class. Participants will kick, strike, and block their way to better fitness using punching bags and gloves/wraps. The session finishes with isolated core work followed by a relaxing stretch. Gloves or wraps are required and are available to purchase at the Bold Center.

Outdoor Bootcamp This class will take you through series of full body strengthening exercises and cardiovascular movements that will get the metabolism kick started for the day.

Strength in Motion Get a full body, dynamic, and functional movement using your bodyweight, dumbbells, bands, and balls for a complete workout! Suitable for all fitness levels.

Spin 45 Sit down, strap in, and get ready to ride. Take a break from your day and enjoy this 45-minute spin class that will include intervals, hill climbs and a whole lot more!

Mid Day Fat Blaster Did you know that increased muscle density will help your body will burn more calories at rest? That’s right, and weight training is the way to go. Give your body a 30-minute bi-weekly commitment to better health!

SYNERGY 360 HIiT Synergy 360 HIIT is a high intensity interval training workout associated with high-energy, short bouts of activity and combines ultra-dynamic moves, rest and active recovery periods.
