Listening, experience and hard work If you could call anywhere on the planet home, where would it be? Why? Texas, because of the variety of terrain and the
people’s firmness of conviction What’s the most profound lesson you’ve learned from the land or its people? The natural order of the outdoors, along with
the grounded people that live there, are the definition of honesty and reality. Listener or talker? So far, we haven’t learned anything
while talking. If you had one extra hour of time per day, how would you use it?

to show a ranch before meeting buyers and sellers for their closing. Then watching the sunset on the drive home to find everybody is happy. What is your most memorable deal to date? Land Investex saved a deal from termination by purchasing a soft start irrigation well controller system. Two good families were very pleased the transaction closed.
