FlawLashBoss & FlawLashGuru is Back Your favourite monthly lash award is back lashistas! This time it’s a little bit different – here’s how it will work.
#FlawLashBoss - How it Works This will now be monthly. To submit, share your best lash extension work on Instagram using the hashtags #FlawLashBoss and #FlawLashGuru just as before - don’t forget to tag and follow @flawless_ lashes_by_loreta The last Wednesday of the month, look out for our Instagram Stories poll where you can vote for your monthly #FlawLashBoss. Voting ends at 3pm. We’ll announce the FlawLashBoss the next day, on the last Thursday of the month.
#FlawLashGuru - How it Works This will now be yearly, making the title of #FlawLashGuru an extremely sought-after and prestigious title. All the monthly #FlawLashBosses will now be entered to become #FlawLashGuru… but only one will be the guru! All the work submitted by the #FlawLashBosses throughout the year will be judged by Lash Inc CEO Louise Tierney alongside Loreta herself and the ultimate

#FlawLashGuru will be selected based on the standard of their lash work. Judging will be based on the following criteria: • technical ability • wow factor • consideration for lash health
The Rewards Monthly #FlawLashBosses will receive a big luxury box of our bestsellers worth AT LEAST £150.00 – and if that wasn’t enough they’ll get a 30% off voucher as well! Yearly #FlawLashGurus will receive a feature in Lash Inc magazine, a whopping £500.00 Voucher to spend at Flawless Lashes By Loreta, and a certificate in recognition of their industry-leading achievement. We can’t wait to see your work lashistas!
Terms and conditions Open to professional and trainee lash technicians. You can submit as many images of your lash extension work as they like each month. They can submit to #FlawLashGuru every month of the year if wished, and it is possible for the same lash artist to be given the monthly title of #FlawLashGuru more than once in a year. The #FlawLashGuru will be decided by the outcome of the Instagram story poll as voted for by the public. This outcome is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Unfair voting behaviour such as the use of bots or paid votes may lead to disqualification. There will be no #FlawLashGuru in December, instead the 2021 FlawLashGuru will be selected by a panel comprising Loreta Jasilionyte and independent judge Lash Inc CEO Louise Tierney. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
