COLLABORATING FOR OUR CUSTOMERS Developer and tenant as partners Little did we expect in February 2014, when we first announced the development of Legacy West, that thousands of construction workers, world-class architects, planners, and engineers would have been able to create this new magnificent project with such incredible speed, care and dedication. We have enjoyed unprecedented momentum with relocation announcements from some of the world’s strongest corporate icons…Toyota North America, FedEx Office Headquarters, JPMorgan Chase, and Liberty Mutual Regional Offices. And we have attracted an unparalleled array of national and regional retailers and restaurants, many of whom are coming to Texas for the first time. Our success has not escaped the eye of national media outlets including the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, and Women’s Wear Daily…and industry groups have hailed our project as “Best Real Estate Deal of the Year”. We have all heard too much about “eat, shop, play” environments …but seldom do we see it really happen well. At Legacy West, however, we have done it! We have a genuine multi-use destination to work (with more than 100,000 new highly-paid employees)…live (with more than 1,200 new luxury apartments, over 100 new high-rise condominium residences and more than 120 single-family homes)… play (with dozens of new world class restaurants and an unmatched selection of new retailers and entertainment venues…and stay (with a Renaissance Hotel by Marriott about to open and a new boutique hotel coming soon). This first issue of our Merchant Newsletter signals the beginning of the coordination and synergy between our team and yours. We will give you summary of what’s happening at Legacy West and our hands-on team will work closely and frequently with you. The key ingredient to our success will be effective communication and collaboration between merchants and management. Working together, we can achieve great success while providing to our customers a “best in class” shopping, dining, and entertainment experience. Our team has been busy developing aggressive digital marketing programs, across all web and social media platforms, and I call on each of you, even if you are not yet open for business, to help us build on the enthusiasm we have created. We want to enhance your success with our website, digital outreach, print and social media, and various opening events. MARKETING OPPORTUNITIES Monthly E-Newsletter and Dedicated E-blasts

A monthly e-newsletter will be emailed the first of every month to our subscriber base of 9,000+. Content should be submitted to haley@thestudiodigital.com no later than the 20th of each month for consideration. Examples of content include new menu items, sales, promotions, events, etc. Images (270 x 183) should be submitted along with content. E-blasts will be sent out on a weekly basis. Content needs to be scheduled at least one month in advance and is subject to availability. Images (600px wide and 400 px height) should be submitted along with content containing a proposed email subject line and any additional copy.

Website

Legacy West can promote tenant sales, products/items, promotions, new menu items, in–store events, etc. on our website (www.legacywest. com). Please submit all content ideas at least one month in advance for consideration to haley@thestudiodigital.com. Image spec sizes vary regarding placement. Haley will inform you on what sizes she needs. Additional requirements include start and end dates for any sales, promotions, events, etc. as well as suggested copy. For inclusion on the Legacy West blog, please contact Haley with your content ideas.

Social Media Platforms

LEGACY WEST GRAND OPENING WEEKEND CELEBRATION We are excited to announce that our grand opening weekend celebration will take place Friday, June 2Sunday, June 4, 2017. A ribbon cutting ceremony with state and local officials as well as community business leaders, media members and other VIPs will take place on Friday, June 2 at 10AM kicking off the special weekend. Legacy West is asking ALL tenants to participate, even if your business is not open during this time. The weekend will be heavily promoted in the media through targeted advertising buys in major Dallas and Plano publications as well as scheduled television appearances and digital marketing efforts. Customers can expect special store events, parties, free food tastings/samplings and exclusive offers and promotions throughout the weekend as well as live musical entertainment. Requirements include photo (.jpg) form and suggested copy. Live posting on all social media platforms is possible with advance notice of 2 weeks.

Television/PR Opportunities

Legacy West regularly schedules fashion and cooking segments on local Dallas TV stations (FOX4, NBC5, ABC8, CBS11 and CW33). Contact victoria@legacywest.com to be included in these opportunities and to submit any proposed segment ideas. Models may be provided when hosted by a Legacy West spokesperson. For cooking segments, please provide information about your chef including a bio and segment ideas.

Digital Billboard Advertising

Legacy West has a large format digital display (18’3” x 27’ x 4”) facing SE at the corner of Legacy Drive and the Dallas North Tollway. Digital advertising opportunities are for Legacy West tenants only and are offered on a limited basis. Images must be static per Texas State Law.

BOEING GLOBAL SERVICES SELECTS LEGACY WEST AS ITS NEW HEADQUARTERS Legacy West announced on April 5, 2017 that aerospace giant Boeing has selected Legacy West in Plano, Texas for the headquarters of its new Global Services business unit, operational in July. Boeing Global Services (BGS) headquarters will be located at the top floor of one of the Legacy West office buildings. Along with BGS President and CEO, Stan Deal, several BGS leadership team members and some support staff will be located at the site, serving as a central hub for approximately 20,000 BGS employees located around the globe. Developer Fehmi Karahan is excited about BGS’s selection

of Legacy West. “I am extremely proud to welcome another American corporate icon to our development. From a quick wall refresh to a bedroom or complete home makeover, their design experts are on hand to help make the process streamlined, simple and, most importantly, fun! Consultations with a West Elm stylist can be done at the store or your home. Depending on the design level you choose, you can receive expert analysis and recommendations on paint and fabric options, custom floor plans, personalized inspiration boards, assistance with styling and furniture placement and home organization tips.

APARTMENT AND OFFICE TENANT INCENTIVE PROGRAM Legacy West will offer an ongoing program where retail and restaurant tenants can offer exclusive promotions, discounts, incentives, etc. to apartment and office tenants. The Grand at Legacy West is an apartment complex on property with 600+ units. Office tenants include companies such as Boeing Global Services, Fidelity, Toyota Connected, WeWork and SAP. Offers will be valid for the calendar year and can be submitted at any time. Apartment tenants will have special key fobs to identify themselves and office tenants may be asked to supply a business card for identification.
