LEGACY WEST CELEBRATES FIRST HOLIDAY SEASON Setting the standard Having managed numerous “blue chip” properties throughout my thirty-plus years in commercial real estate, I can earnestly say that I have yet to encounter one as special as Legacy West. Certainly in the North Texas area, no other retail destination rivals the promise and potential of our development. We are the heart of a thriving corporate community filled with thousands of employees, and we are located in a City consistently ranked among the safest and best places to live in America. The national, regional, and local attention surrounding our development continues unabated. Your store is part of a meticulously curated collection of retailers, restaurants, and service providers that lures thousands of customers each day to our center. As a management team, we devote ourselves to your success. We strive to maintain an engaging and stimulating on-site experience and atmosphere, one where visitors gather and create memories that last a lifetime. As I walk the property, I cannot help but smile when I see families gathering for photos in front of our dazzling fountains. Our strong digital presence allows patrons to share their personal memories online and promote the Legacy West experience to additional users. As your marketing teams work to further your stores’ digital presence, we encourage each of you and your employees to support our center-wide outreach by following our social media accounts and visiting our website for up-to-date information on store openings and events. Breathtaking holiday lights, glistening ornaments, and life-sized Christmas presents mark a season that is sure to be flurried with activity, excitement, and enthusiasm. We want everyone to share in this holiday magic, and each and every person can be proud to make the magic happen by following property policies outlined in this issue. Collaborating with us to foster a best-possible consumer experience benefits our property and improves your stores’ bottom lines. If I can be of any assistance to that end, please do not hesitate to contact me. On behalf of Legacy West management, please accept my best wishes for a successful, prosperous, and joyful holiday season.

NEW FOUNTAIN PERFORMANCES Fans of the previous fountain shows will immediately notice a dramatic evolution in the marriage of music with lights and dancing waterworks in the bold, new lineup of fountain performances. In a shift from contemporary sounds, the new playlist offers classic tunes from Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, Bing Crosby, and Peggy Lee. However, in one of the most dramatic performances, Michael Bublé offers his modern take on the timeless, “Feeling Good.” Leading up to the new year, visitors will enjoy Harry Connick, Jr.’s “Jingle Bells,” Michael Bublé’s “It’s Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas,” and a pair of performances by Bing Crosby with “Winter Wonderland” and “Happy Holidays.” Even the silent break shows in between songs are new. They begin each day at 10a before hourly songs until 9p every day. Thursday through Saturday offer additional performances on the half hour starting at 5:30p and an additional 10p show.
