About Us egendary Land Company is a full-service land brokerage company built on years of experience and an appreciation for land.

• Licensed in Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas • Designated as an ALC or Accredited Land Consultant by the Realtors Land Institute • 2014-2016 president for the Oklahoma RLI (Realtors Land Institute) Chapter Dan Ward’s career started at a very young age in the Flint Hills of Eastern Kansas. He grew up in Wichita and spent time with his grandmother fishing, hunting, and exploring Otter Creek and Fall River. In 2004, Dan earned his real estate license and began the journey. Since then he has continued to be a student of all aspects of real estate to provide the best experience possible for his clients. He knows the key to success in this business is getting up every day with the client in mind and hustling to perform at a high level. Dan has spent over a decade personally putting in the time to build the team that will guide his clients through the process of a real estate transaction with the personal knowledge of the territory to make the experience as profitable as possible. His standard of excellence is high, and always open for improvement, especially as rapid changes in the technology side of marketing continue to develop. With that in mind, he believes that every advertised property should include exceptional maps, photos, video and a clear, complete description for the most comprehensive advertising package possible. Dan exclusively represents large acreage tracts and specializes on properties with exceptional water features such as large lakes, rivers, creeks and wetlands. Land offers an opportunity for those special memories to be made and traditions to be carried on from generation to generation. Knowing he is helping others create these moments is the most enjoyable benefit to see his clients experience. Dan truly believes that no other type of real estate can inspire the same connections with family & friends and considers it a blessing to experience some of the most beautiful land in the central United States alongside them.

Trevor was born and raised in Ardmore, Oklahoma and has spent his entire life hunting,

fishing, working and managing land across Southern Oklahoma. He is an avid outdoorsman who pursues wildlife year-round, during whatever season may be open. Trevor is a landowner himself and has learned the hard way how to manage the landscape to produce the ideal wildlife property. He is most happy sitting in a tree stand, duck blind or on a tractor, as well as running a chainsaw or walking with a drip torch during a prescribed burn. Trevor joined the Legendary Land Company team in 2018, after founding his own real estate company in 2014, Potts Land Company. He founded PLC to provide landowners in Southern Oklahoma with a brokerage that specifically specialized in land, as well as to help interested buyers target a property that fully met their needs. Trevor’s business model at PLC was simple, although surprisingly unique: to provide all of the most professional services found with the largest national companies, yet also provide the local knowledge and attentive service found with a small, local company. With over 34,000 acres of ranches sold over a six year period, he is proud of the reputation and relationships he has been able to build. He brought his experience, reputation and network along with him to compliment the Legendary Land Company brand.

Cody is from Marietta, Oklahoma and has also spent his entire life in the outdoors scattered across

Southern Oklahoma. Whether breaking horses, sorting cattle or in the field bowhunting, all of Cody’s passions and strengths are found outside. He interned at the Noble Foundation during high school and after graduating college started Gillham Performance Horses where he trains horses for a multitude of different clients. Cody spent his college years working for several Hall of Fame horse trainers and has seen some of the finest training facilities in the business. Cody is also an experienced cattleman, as well as passionate outdoorsman. He has taken multiple Cy Curtis Record Book deer, as well as one Boone and Crocket. His diverse and extensive background helped him find quick success in the real estate industry where he has primarily focused on horse and cattle ranches. Unlike most, Cody truly understands the wants and needs of a selective horse ranch buyer, as well as the intricacies of a working horse operation. During his time in the horse business he has been able to see how these facilities are built and operated, which has given him an innate ability to match a buyer with the right property, whether Breeder, Trainer or Non Pro. *DISCLAIMER: The information contained herein is as obtained by this broker from sellers, owners, or other sources.
