Succulently roasted chicken quarters, complimented with the original Jamaican jerk sauce with rice and peas. Braised oxtail in onion, scotch bonnet, pepper and thyme sauce with butter beans served with rice and peas. Curry goat is an authentic dish of boneless meat highly seasoned, simmered in its marinade for full fiery flavors served with rice and peas. Ackee, the national fruit and dish of Jamaica tenderly simmered in onion, spring onions, peppers and tomato served with basmati rice (a vegetarian treat).

Stew chicken is a wholesome traditional Caribbean favorite. Pan-fried chicken pieces stewed in onion, peppers, spring onion, potato, carrots and fresh thyme until tender. Served with rice and peas. Marinated chicken pieces in lightly Betta Pak curry steamed with herbs and spices, served with basmati rice. Deep fried snapper fish in brown stew sauce served with rice and peas. Diced beef seasoned with Chef ’s special home made marinating stew with potato, potato and peppers with rice and peas. All dishes are served as a complete meal
