This is a bakery called beibei’s bakery. This restaurant mainly sells dimsum, cakes and pastries from my hometown which is Shanghai, but it is not limited to Shanghai cuisine. I hope this restaurant can help my customers remember the taste of their hometown. Because I heard a lot of my friends said that after they going abroad, it is difficult to find the taste of their hometown. The logo I draw is a dimsum in my hometown, called soup buns which is a local food. Meanwhile we also have shrimp dumplings, butterfly crisps, spring rolls, bar cakes, green bean cakes and other various pastries, like baguette, toast.

The restaurant will be located in Chinese area, Los Angeles. Such as Monterey park, San Gabriel and Rosemead somewhere like that, because many Chinese people live around these places. They like to eat Chinese food. At the beginning, I will use WeChat promotion, which is a Chinese social platform. Most people will see the push notifications and try the new restaurant. At the same time, we will make news of the opening of our restaurant in the FOOD magazine, THE DAILY newspaper. We offer take-away and eat-in, and there are certain limited edition product everyday, like limited to 100 per day. We will have Instagram to update our news, and style board. Our store will also have our own products, such as steamer, cups, hats, aprons, t-shirts with our logo printed on.
