Mission The Lis Chateau Luxury Hotel has established since the 1998. Equipped with 88 rooms, banquet hall, conference hall, restaurants and other extraordinary facilities, our mission is to be a beacon of the hospitality industry where we create heartfelt moments and memories for our guests. Promotional Plan For Lis Chateau Hotel, providing world-class and excellent service for our customers are most valuable. We are striving to bring exceptional staff and provide guaranteed quality for our customers. Advertising will comprise of word-of-mouth, to traditional advertisement (magazine, TV commercials, web banners,bus and shuttles). There will aso be aerial ads that include hot air balloons and flying banners pulled by small planes. We will also focus on social media where internet technology have connected people all over the globe. The videos or pictures and snaps of the hotels and the view of winery will be posted through Instagram and Facebook. This pictures will include online invitation extended to all travelers from all over the globe, businesses and individuals. We will also be sending out written individual invitations, together with a small gifts/ souvernirs from our hotel to our potential customers. Lis Chateau will spread the word-of-mouth through the written invitation, web banners, social media and also inviting travel bloggers to have a taste of Napa Valley and having their journey filled with winery tours and feasting right from the hotel’s own farm.
