The Neon Koi is a night life sushi and sake bar spesializing in Japanese cusine. The neon lights surrounding the Koi mimics modern Tokyo night life to give a feeling that you’ve traveled half the globe as soon as you walk through the door. The koi fish is a major symbol in Japanese culture representing good luck. The noen light represent the Tokyo night life and the signs that attract customers. Our demographic focuses on men and women ages 21-35. Since we sell alcohol minors will not be allowed inside the bar. It will be located in highly populated city areas like Downtown Los Angeles, New York City, and Las Vegas. The Neon Koi will be a stunning bar both visualy and by the food and drinks we provide.
