Founder Chef Willie Cooper
The Story of the Condiment King... A graduate of Peter Kump’s New York Cooking School, Chef Willie Cooper has 20 years of experience working for award-winning chefs in fine dining restaurants in New York, Philadelphia, and Boston. In 2004 his family moved to from east to west to Sonoma, California. He now works as a self-employed private chef specializing in private wine dinners that take place in various places around the north- bay area wine counrty. His wife and childern have been able to enjoy the benefits of having a chef around the house 24/7. But no matter how good the food was, Kelly, his wife would always pull out the condiments. Whether they’re having steak, crudité, eggs or just a quick snack. After years of realizing his wife’s sauce obsession, Chef Willie decided it was time to start making sauces of his own. Once Chef Willie started doing so, not only did his family love them, but his clients raved about them as well. This is where he aquired the name “Condiment King.” So it occured to him to start a business. One that brings the freshness of Sonoma ingredients and the expertise of Chef Willie to anyones home cooking.

Mission Statement The Condiment King sets itself apart from every other condiment company (think Best Foods and Kraft) by bringing healthy, delicious f lavors to anyone’s home cooked meals. Utilizing natural ingredients (i.e. nothing artificial) with a bold, aggressive, kick that’s sure to wow your tastebuds.
Promotion Plan The Condiment King will be put into grocery stores and small artisan food shops around the country. We will be at events like farmers markets, music festivals and food conventions. There we will have our own booth and personelle working to promote the products. Smaples and special offers will be given out to help spread the word. and try and get the word out about the deliciousness of the sauces and what sort of things they could be used for. First time buyers will recieve a free jar of Classic Lemon Mayonnaise and a chance to be featured on the instagram page. All they would have to do is take a photo of themselves or their food featuring one of the sauces. You’ll see advertising on billboards, bus stops, and street signs. As well as full page spreads on some of the most-read foodie magazines. Each advertisement will feature an up close photograph, displaying the color and texture of the various condiments.
