Mission Statement To provide dogs with a pampering puppy spa experience so that they leave fresh, happy, and taken care of. We aim to pamper and please your precious friend. We offer puppy massage, bathing, grooming & more. While your dog is getting the royal treatment, we invite you to look around at our custom and hand-crafted dog bowls, countless puppy toys, and the most wholesome dog food in the city. Your loved one is in good hands with us!

What’s in a name? Buddy Luxe was created with every dog in mind. At the time of writing this style guide, “Buddy” was the most common dog name in the United States. We paired that with “Luxe” (aka Luxury) to reflect our company mission. We will give your furry friends a luxury spa experience!


The Buddy Luxe logo was created with every dog in mind. The playfulness of the descending “D� is representative of how dogs play and how they are always goofy. The smiling and happy Buddy dog is how your dog will feel after experiencing our day spa.

Promotion Plan Hand-Outs Team Buddy Luxe will be distributing fliers with coupons, sending out mailers with new store information, and attending fairs and conferences to set up promotional booths. The following items will be given away promotionally with the company logo on them to promote the business: • • •

Outdoor Signage Buddy Luxe will be advertised with a standing sign outside the store front, as well as billboard ads, light up signage boxes near bus stops, and on our company truck. The storefront itself will have our branding and will be placed in a well=traveled area, attracting new customers with the bright yellow store presence. We will have a dog bowl and treats out for dogs who walk by, sending a friendly message for owners to come in and check us out.

Social Media We will be branding Buddy Luxe through Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. We will host contests (winner will win products) when users “share” or “retweet”, spreading out brand name across the Internet.

Street Team Out Street team will be fully branded (wearing Buddy Luxe apparel) and will pass out fliers on foot. We will target areas such as Pasadena Dog Park and Culver City Dog Park. The street team will offer potential consumers a coupon and give them information about our store. They can also enter a drawing to win a doggie t-shirt.
