MISSION
PROMOTION The objective of our promotion plan is to attract loyal customers to be a part of LETTUCE rewards program and eventually become a common name in the Cannabis world. We hope to accomplish this goal with the following steps. Firstly, we will mail out flyers to everyone in the Los Angeles area promoting our grand opening. The second step is to launch our social media acounts advertise on instagram, twitter, and snapchat. Our advertisements will be on billboards, posters, bus stops, and magazines. On opening day, we will have someone standing outside the storefront handing out cards and encouraging people to come check out the store. People who purchase an item will recieve a punch card offering a free treat on their 10th visit. If they sign up with their email for our news letter, they will be added to a VIP list that recieves first dibs on our specialty items. 6

LETTUCE Dispensary explores the softer side of weed, with a focus on providing the most high quality bud, edibles, and more. Our goal is to attract smokers who may feel intimidated by the stereotype that surrounds weed and educate those who feed into the stereotype. Cannabis has a handful of healing properties that are often overlooked due to the stigma surrounding smoking, but as we grow, LETTUCE, begins to change the aesthetic of weed.
