Focusing on unique tastes and quality cookies, we strive to give our consumers a new look and feel they can enjoy every single time they come through our doors. A great customer experience mixed with unbeatable product, Kream Kong is the dessert destination.

ur promotional plan will include a strong presence on various social media platforms. To direct traffic to our flagship store in Los Angeles, we will give away merchandise to those who purchase ice cream and share a picture with three friends on their social media accounts. Another strategy we plan to execute is billboard advertising in our vicinity. Subway stations, bus stops, and city signs portraying strong typography and a memorable logo can gain us the traction we desire.

Instagram will be our main focus on social media. Being a photo based media site, we can incorporate great photography as part of our brand identity. Also, we can use this platform as a way to interact with our customers through contests. An example would be for our followers to take a picture of one of the many billboards around the city and tag us in their post for a free scoop of ice cream. We can hold different contests monthly to keep a strong momentum.
