uizhou is a province of the People’s Republic of China located in the southwestern part of the country. Its capital city is Guiyang. Guizhou is a relatively poor and economically undeveloped province, but rich in natural, cultural and environmental resources. Demographically it is one of China’s most diverse provinces. Minority groups such as the Miao / Hmong and Yao account for more than 37% of the population.

ilk Baby is one of famous foods in Guizhou province in South of China. People can see Silk Baby in everywhere in any locations in Guizhou. It fresh and cool as salad, it can also be spicy and appetizing that is healthy for people’s body. It just looks like a baby in the swaddling clothes, so people called it Silk Baby. The “swaddling clothes” is like a pancake which is made by baked rice flour. The pancake is really thin, as thin as a piece of paper, but it small like palm. Putting the ingredients (baby) on the pancake (swaddling) and rolling it is an easy way for how to eat Silk Baby. Easy as Mexican and Japanese roll. People who live in Guizhou eat spice, their tastes are extremely spicy. They normally make a seasoning soup for Silk Baby in order to dvope the soup. The seasoning soup is the heart of Silk Baby, people can base on their taste to make different seasoning soups. There are at least tvwenty ways to make a seasoning soup since there are hundreds of ingredients can be used for it.

ilk Baby plans to promote itself through outside advertising since we are the new comer in the U.S., we need to create a brand identity so that people may have a concept of who we are. We also plan to do “Monthly Special Day�, the second Sundays every month, we provide our dessert of the day for free for our first 100 costumers. Also, for the customers who spend $70, we offer them 15% off the next time.
