這次騎車、開車共去了三次基隆 帶外地朋友走走拍拍 或是隻身一人騎車沿路尋寶 找尋防空洞歷史的痕跡 發現，基隆與我想像不同 .... I paid three visits to Keelung for the project, driving around with friends visiting from outside the town; or riding on a motorbike and searched for ruins of air-raid dugouts. It hit me..... d u r i n g m y t r e a s u r e h u n t s , th at Keelung has always been more than what I imagined
基隆與我想像不同，不僅只是充滿歷史的灰調雨都 ...... More than just a historic town simmered in gloomy rain
這裏隨處可見的：漁船、漁民、用具、滿載漁獲的塑膠籃到沿山而建的鐵皮屋、 海邊的貨櫃、機具、四通八達的高架橋 .... Boats, nets, anchor ropes and fishermen; tubs and tanks and old tin shacks on hillside; containers, machinery and outstretching bridges...
原來基隆的繽紛，不是像刻意漆上顏色的正濱彩色屋那樣 而是這些平凡卻獨有的景物，才是屬於基隆的色彩
However rainbow houses at the Zhengbin Fishing Harbor brighten up the port, true color of Keelung is a plastic basket full of fish on roadside –– ordinary, yet irreplaceable.
