Lap Swim w Sessions
Patrons can participate in this activity to swim laps or exercise. No ďŹ tness instructors are scheduled during this time. Kickboards and other exercise equipment will not be available for use. We encourage participants to bring their own equipment.
Pay Online: pre-registration for specific lap swim time is required. Register early to claim your spot - Spots will fill quickly! No Drop-In Allowed - Participants: 4 min/6 max per time slot.

COVID Guidelines:
Participants will be required to wear a face covering upon arrival and will receive a health screening at check in. Participant must show up dressed ready to swim. Showers will not be available for use. Face coverings must be worn at all times when not in the pool.

These skills will help them express their creativity while learning to draw.

Active Fit Tuesday/Thursday 9-9:50am | Ages 18+ Location: Hutchins Street Square West Park Fee: $40 (8 classes) | Participants: 5 minimum/10 maximum Activity Code: Session 1 - 6888.000 | Session 2 - 6888.003 Exercises will include low impact cardio, balance and functional movements, mindful breathing and stretching designed specifically for the active adult.
Strength & Stretch Tuesday/Thursdays from 10-10:50am | Ages 14+ Location: Hutchins Street Square West Park Fee: $40 (8 classes) | Participants: 5 minimum/10 maximum Activity Code: Session 1 - 6888.001 | Session 2 - 6888.004 This is a full body workout targeting all the major muscle groups. Exercises will include body weight, isolated muscle, and fine motor movements. Balance and core strength is a key component to this class.

Very gentle, non-strenuous movements help to reduce stress, manage pain, promote relaxation, improve concentration, increase energy, heal the body, and quiet the mind. Wear comfortable clothing.
