It’s for the overcomer.” hree “overcomers” will be recognized at the Chamber’s annual Small Business Solutions Luncheon, presented by Starfish Ad Age, on Thursday, May 12, 2022 at 11:30 am. This event, conducted annually during or close to Small Business Week, will feature the following award recipients. Patterson Nissan will receive the Small Business of the Year Award, Cace Kitchen will receive the Family Owned Business of the Year Award, and Operation Unbroken will receive the Veteran Owned Business of the Year Award. These business each have under 100 employees, have operated in Longview for multiple years, and have overcome many challenges along the way. While every small business in existence in our community deserves an award just for making it through COVID and our local “snowmageddon,” these businesses were chosen to highlight their unique story by way of videos being produced for the luncheon.
