Root Beer Social The root beer social was an event where Key Club members gathered to eat root beer floats during a meeting. This event created an environment where new seals could feel more comfortable interacting with others. During the event, many people were socializing with one another and sharing the memories they had made at various Key Club events. This event had also promoted Key Club and brought many new seals to the event. Furthermore, after the meeting was adjourned, a survey was handed out to the members asking for feedback about the social. Overwhelming response was positive and this had initiated the plans for more food related socials.

Spicy Noodle Social The spicy noodle social was an event to fundraise money for Key Club. Each packet of noodles was sold for $2. At the end of the event, all packs of ramen were sold and those who ordered the noodles enjoyed eating during the meeting. All officers, including the new officers, were included in helping serve the noodles. The event was successful and had generated around $30 which will be used to fundraise future socials.
