Sustainability and Zero Net Energy Ahead of the Curve

Sustainability is a core value of LPAS. We actively promote the implementation of sustainable architecture and the integration of green building techniques into the design and construction process of all our projects, whether the project is targeting LEED certification or not. We believe our practice should be responsible to support all methods to curtain global warming while meeting the specific sustainability goals of our clients. LPAS is a leader in the Northern California region in sustainable design and has completed over 40 LEED Certified projects and Build-It-Green Certified projects.

LPAS recently completed 10 regional California Lottery distribution centers and offices throughout California designed for Zero Net Energy (ZNE) and LEED Gold. The goal for the 10 projects was to be ahead of the curve on the ambitious Zero Net Energy (ZNE) building goals of the California Energy Efficiency Strategic Plan.
