California State Lottery Southern Distribution Center

The Southern Distribution Center and Warehouse is the second of ten regional offices designed and completed for the California State Lottery. The goal for the existing and new office building/warehouse is to achieve Zero Net Energy (ZNE) and LEED Silver or Gold certification. The primary function of the Distribution center is to disperse lottery tickets to retail clients. The office space features a lobby, open office workstations, private offices, an employee breakroom, and conference room. ZNE usage is achieved primarily through the cost efficient approach of accessing the large roof area through photo voltaic arrays.
