LPAS served as the Master Planner for Folsom Lake College from 1989 - 2013. The campus is the first new community college campus designed in California in over 25 years.

Beginning with the original master plan, LPAS designed the entire campus through 2011, spanning over a dozen projects totaling over $120 million and over 230,000 square feet of program intensive space. In 2013, and again in 20189 LPAS completed planning services to update the 151-acre Master Plan to help guide the future development of buildings and the landscape of the campus. Deliverables included both 2D graphics and a complete 3D model of the campus and fly-through animation.
