This project is located in Sacramento at the confluence of the American and Sacramento Rivers. The six-story, 157,000 square foot building provides secured office and support spaces for approximately 630 Lottery staff and operations. The building includes a 400-seat multi-use pavilion with state-of-the-art A/V systems, a 5,000 square foot data center, wellness center, public plazas with water features, central utility plant, retail lease space and a vegetated green roof.
