This project consisted of the conversion of an existing 200,000 square foot “big box” warehouse into a highly secured data center totaling 155,000 square feet of raised data floor. LPAS developed a detailed phasing plan to coordinate extensive, back-of-house and under-floor infrastructure necessary to service the 200 watts per square foot data floor. In addition, controlled movement throughout the facility was a major security issue that needed to be coordinated in alignment with the ability to service equipment, regulate vendor operations, access customer cages, and maintain fire/life safety exiting issues.
