LAST MONTH SAW US CELEBRATE THREE FESTIVALS
Lord Ganesha is revered by millions in India as a God of wisdom and art and the occasion of ‘Ganesh Chaturthi’ marks the birth of this universally beloved deity. The festival is celebrated across India with huge fanfare whereby an idol of Ganesh is installed in households and in Pandals (temporary constructed stages). During the 10 days of the festival, Ganesha is praised by chanting ‘Aartis’ (religious hymns) and is offered his favorite food (Prasad) such as Modaks. Here is a glimpse into the festivities celebrated by few of our employees:
