Hello Everyone, I hope you are excited for ICON! If you are not attending, I hope you are enjoying your summer! You will be missed. We have a lot in store this next week. Make sure you are ready for the trip and have everything you need. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help. Yours in caring and service,

I will be making a groupchat for ICON Saturday night. I figured I would wait to limit the disruption to your lives until closer to our trip. This should be used for important information only, since everyone on the trip will be in the chat.
• CMRF reminders-(up to) July 10th • Schedule club visits • Keep Executive Board updated with any leaves of absence • Plan summer divisional events • Schedule club visits • Keep in touch with committees • Continue club chartering – Keep in touch with DP Key Club Growth and K-Family Growth subcommittees

Keep track of everything. Any report forms, emails, and contact should be kept for your Robert F. Lucas binder. Do not delete emails. If you don’t have records of your report forms, let me know if you need copies of them. I will send them to you.
What if a club has an officer that is not pres/vp/sec/treas/edt/web?
They do not count towards training percentages. Still make an effort to give them advice in order to prepare them for the year.
(These are relative minimums. Most of you should be- and already have- exceeded these. Others have special circumstances. If you are having trouble, I am always happy to talk)
• Two DCMs hosted, one planned for start of school year • All remaining club visits planned with officers • One divisional event hosted/ one planned for start of school year – Work with other LTGs if you would like – Speak with LTGs that have had successful events to get ideas
