The Viper SRT10 channels its power through a ZF Sachs twin-disc clutch that reduces rotating inertia by 18 percent, reduces clutch-pedal effort and improves engagement feel. Transferring power to the rear wheels is a heavyduty six-speed manual transmission.
Stopping power is another carefully developed part of the Viper SRT10 equation, with 14-inch brake rotors gripped by Brembo 44/40 dual-opposing piston calipers in the front and Brembo 42/38 dual-opposing calipers in the rear. This system results in world-class braking performance of 60-0 mph in less than 100 feet.
Interior color options for 2010 include: standard black, two-tone black and red with red accent stitching, two-tone black and blue with blue accent stitching, two-tone black and medium slate grey with medium slate grey accent stitching and the two-tone black and natural tan with premium tan Nappa leather seats, tan center console, lower instrument panel and door panels introduced for the 2009 model year. Numerous special, limited-edition models are planned for the 2010 model year, including the Dodge Viper ACR 1:33 Edition, which will pay tribute to the new production car lap record set on Nov. 24 at Laguna Seca raceway. The unique two-tone Black Clear Coat/Red Clear Coat exterior color scheme on this model is the opposite form of the original Viper ACR. Interior highlights include piano black console bezels with red gauge highlights complemented with red accent stitching in the seats. Only 33 cars will be produced as 1:33 Edition Viper ACR models.
The 2010 Vooodoo-edition Viper ACR will feature an all Black Clear Coat exterior with a Graphite Driver’s Stripe outlined in red. Only 10 cars will be produced with the unique striping on both the exterior, as well as on the steering wheel.

In the last 27 years, Uwe Gemballa has achieved the best world-wide reputation for refining Porsche cars. Now, the company manager from Leonberg near Stuttgart takes on a new challenge. The automobile manufacturer turns the most potent super sports car from Maranello, the Ferrari Enzo, into the GEMBALLA MIG-U1 – an individually produced edition, limited to only 25 cars.
The core part of the overall makeover is the entirely re-engineered aerodynamics concept by GEMBALLA. Without any exception, the manufacturer produces all components in real carbon in order to combine lowest weight with highest material strength.
Owing to the active aerodynamics conception, the front spoiler lip generates an additional downthrust of up to 35 kilograms at the front axle, according to the individual position. Analogically, the flap on the newly designed rear spoiler generates even up to 85 kilograms more downthrust on the rear wheels. For optimal handling results, the flap lowers, as soon as the car reaches a speed of 120 km/h. In this way, the GEMBALLAaerodynamics concept adjusts to the outer conditions and always ensures perfect road holding characteristics. All components of the aerodynamics kit attribute to this: starting from the new front skirt with spoiler lip, over the door extensions to the diffuser and rear spoiler.

The air duct system of the GEMBALLA MIG-U1 does not only help bringing the power of the twelve-cylinder car onto the road. At the same time, the engineers from Leonberg (Baden-W端rttemberg) develop an extensive ventilation- and cooling concept. Here, both the front and the back wheelhouses are supplied with cooling air and this guarantees an optimal use of the high performance braking system. The outlets behind the wheels ensure that the heated air does not pile up. Moreover, the air inlets behind the doors and on the roof supply fresh air into engine compartment behind the passenger cabin. The newly designed air exhaust ducts end in and on top of the rear skirt. Their dimensions also allow the supply of an additional radiator.
The GEMBALLA car body components therefore guarantee the functionality of the new super sports car and provide the car with a unique look at the same time. Following the design of Formula-1 racing cars, the GEMBALLA MIG-U1 has an extended front and an edged rear spoiler. Formerly rounded edges were replaced in order to provide the car with an aggressive look with greedy air inlets and outlets.
Even the rear lights do not remain openly on the back, but are cased and equipped with air ducts. The MIG-U1 grows broader by 80 millimetres at the front- and 100 millimetres at the back axle.

For everyday use, the optional electro-hydraulic height-adjustment (HLS) is extremely innovative and enormously helpful. By pushing a button in the passenger compartment, it is possible to lift the body by 45 millimetres at the front- and rear axle and therefore allows driving over obstacles such as underground car park entrances and traffic ramps. Also by pushing a button or by reaching 80 km/h, the MIG-U1 lowers itself to its original level. Additionally, the multiple adjustable sports suspension which is equipped with ball bearing bushes significantly improves the handling and driving comfort of the MIG-U1.
The forged wheels GEMBALLA GTR RACING forged by our development partner “Advanced Structural Alloys� contribute both to the appearance and the performance of the car. The wheels which are made from a massive light alloy block combined highest stability with an extremely light weight. The elaborate forging process reduces the unsprung masses of one wheel set by 16 kilograms. Therefore, the wheels respond in an even more agile way and precisely follow every steering command even under highest strains. At the front, the 10x19 inch rims hold high-performance wheels in the dimension 265/35, while the back axle transfers the power of the engine through 13x20 inch rims with 335/30 wheels.

The twelve cylinder engine of the GEMBALLA MIG-U1 works with an optimised motor management and an especially adjusted exhaust system. This combination allows a performance output of 700 hp (515 kW). The four-pipe system with pneumatic flap control is added to the sports catalyser. If you don’t go forward, you go backwards. The NOVITEC ROSSO specialists have developed a new evolutionary stage of the NOVITEC ROSSO Bi-Compressor version of the four-valve eight-cylinder engine to commemorate the end of the production run of the Ferrari 430 model series.
The Edizione 747 specification is the ultimate high-end version and is limited exclusively to the Berlinetta model of the Ferrari 430 Scuderia. The layout of the engine conversion corresponds to all NOVITEC ROSSO Bi-Compressor conversions for the mid-engine sports car. Each cylinder bank is fitted with an intercooler and a cogged-belt-driven high-performance supercharger with a maximum boost pressure increased for this version to 0.53 bar. The intercooling system features its own dedicated water circuit. The radiator of the system is located behind a special centrally placed air duct in the front apron.

For an optimized supply of cooling air to the engine bay the specialists have developed a special underbody with integrated air deflector. The precompressed air is routed to the combustion chambers using a custom-tailored heat-insulated intake manifold with larger cross sections. Eight high-flow injectors ensure adequate fuel supply for the compressor conversion.
The NOVITEC ROSSO engine management system perfectly synchs all high performance components and also increases redline speed by 200 rpm. To guarantee perfect durability even under high ambient temperatures the conversion also includes more effective radiators for water and oil.
The result of this labor is a unique symbiosis of superior power and excellent running smoothness. With a rated power output of 747 hp / 549 kW at 8,500 rpm the NOVITEC ROSSO Edizione 747 Bi-Compressor engine surpasses its naturally aspirated brethren by 237 hp / 174 kW. The increase in torque from standard 470 Nm to 738 Nm at 6,300 rpm represents an enormous plus in low-speed power. Driving performance is in an automotive class of its own: A sprint time of less than 3.4 seconds for 0 –100 km/h is just as unique as the sprint time of 9.4 seconds to 200 km/h. After 22.9 seconds the NOVITEC ROSSO Edizione 747 already reaches the 300-km/h mark. Upon customer request the two-seater can be equipped with longer gear ratios for a top speed of 351 km/h.

In addition the NOVITEC ROSSO Edizione 747 is also the perfect eye catcher: The two-tone special matte yellow and grey paintjob emphasizes the sporty shape of the body and lends the Scuderia pedigreed racing looks. To complement these looks NOVITEC ROSSO installs black taillights, side markers and reflectors. The racing theme dominates also the engine’s appearance: All carbon-fiber engine components come with a matte finish.
This color scheme continues on the NOVITEC ROSSO tire/wheel combination custom-tailored for the Scuderia. The diameter of the wheels surpasses the production wheels by one inch. The three-piece 20-inch NF3 double-spoke wheels in sizes 8.5Jx20 in front and 12Jx20 on the rear axle are fitted with Michelin Pilot Cup sport tires in sizes 245/30 ZR 20 in front and 315/25 ZR 20 in back. Another measure to achieve even more agile and direct handling is the installation of NOVITEC ROSSO sport springs, which lower the ride height of the Ferrari by some 30 millimeters.
To lend the Scuderia better suitability for everyday use despite the lowering NOVITEC ROSSO offers an innovative hydraulic lift system for the front axle. At the push of a button in the cockpit the front is raised by 40 millimeters. It allows drivers to safely navigate parking ramps, low curbs and speed bumps. After safely passing over the obstacle, another push of the button reverts the suspension to its original position. If the button is not pushed the front end reverts to its original position automatically once the car reaches a speed of 80 km/h.
NOVITEC ROSSO also adds sporty and exclusive highlights to the interior of the Edizione 747. The Supersport steering wheel features a combination of leather and carbon-fiber and offers perfect grip. Its flattened bottom also makes entering and exiting the vehicle easier. To complement the steering wheel NOVITEC ROSSO offers carbon-fiber shift paddles. They are longer than their production counterparts and make manual shifting of the F1-SuperFast2 transmission even easier. In addition, upon customer request NOVITEC ROSSO equips the coupe with a two tone interior perfectly matched to the exterior colors. •

The newly developed stainless steel exhaust system with two angular, overlapping chrome end pipes render a striking note to the tail and supply the twelve-cylinder with an earthy rumbling sound. In order to draw level with the extra performance, MANSORY developed a light alloy wheel measuring 10.5 x 21 inches. By using weight-saving aluminium alloys and the therefore resulting reduction of the unsprung masses, not only the braking distance, but also the handling is significantly improved. In co-operation with Dunlop, high-performance wheels type Dunlop Sport Maxx GT measuring 285/30 ZR 21 were developed. Moreover, the newly designed control unit for air suspension which allows lowering the sports car´s centre of gravity in different levels, renders additional dynamic high-lights.

The Peugeot SR1 is a vehicle with timeless, ideal proportions, revisiting the great traditions of grand touring cars of the past: a large bonnet, flowing wings and a very low centre of gravity. At the side the styling lines merge into the side windows and the front windscreen, emphasizing the design of the bonnet.

In electric only mode, the car becomes a ZEV (Zero Emission Vehicle), while its combined cycle fuel consumption is only 4.9 litres/100 km or 119 g/km of CO2.
When the two power trains operate simultaneously, the SR1 develops a potential maximum power of 230 kW (313 bhp) and also benefits from 4-wheel drive. Using HYbrid4 technology, which will eventually become available on different models in the Peugeot range, the SR1 concept offers convincing proof that driving pleasure can be combined with environmental friendliness.

Shelby Automobiles, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Carroll Shelby International Inc., (CSBI.PK) unveiled a Super Snake Ford F150 concept today at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Based on the popular Shelby GT500 Super Snake, the post-title package for the 20032008 F150 upgrades the truck’s handling, styling and power.
“Carroll Shelby pioneered the muscle truck segment over 20 years ago,” stated Amy Boylan, president of Shelby Autos. “Our team built this concept F150 Super Snake to see if the public is ready for another high performance Shelby truck. We took the same approach to this project as we do for every Shelby. With its ‘look at me’ styling, earth shattering power, stop-on-a-dime brakes and go cart-like handling, it’s a balanced performance truck that’s as desirable to drive as it is to look at.”
Shelby Autos teamed with Ford Racing and top suppliers such as Borla and Baer to develop the concept. The red 2007 F150 regular cab truck features a custom functional hood and fascias, black Super Snake stripes and Alcoa Shelby wheels. The 5.4L engine was tweaked to churn out 475 horsepower through the automatic transmission while 6 piston Shelby brakes were added to stop the beast. The suspension was lowered 3 inches and tightened up to improve handling.
