El tipo de cocina de La Spaghetteria puede definirse como una cocina italiana, pero con toques de la cocina argentina, puesto que uno de sus chef es de allí y, por supuesto, con una representación de la cocina española y la canaria. Sus pastas, que le dan el nombre al restaurante, se elaboran al estilo italiano, y entre ellas se pueden encontrar gran variedad, tanto de pastas como de salsas. Pero en La Spaghetteria no solo encontraréis spaghetti, sino que su carta está abierta a otras sugerencias y platos especiales, como costillas de cordero, calamares a la romana, milanesa a la napolitana, canelones de espinaca o de carne… y también pescado fresquísimo, ya que dentro del complejo tienen un club donde se realiza, entre otras disciplinas, pesca deportiva. Within the complex Mar Adentro -located on the beach, with spectacular views to the islet of Lobos- we find this cosy restaurant called La Spaghetteria, where you can enjoy breakfast through to dinner, thanks to its uninterrupted opening hours from 8:30 to 23h. Early in the morning, they offer an English breakfast to start the day with lots of energy, and from 11 am, the kitchen is open so you can choose among the dishes in their menu. The cuisine of La Spaghetteria can be defined as Italian cuisine but with some touches of Argentine cuisine, since one of their chef is from there and, of course, with a representation of Spanish and Canarian cuisine. Their pastas, which give its name to the restaurant, are made Italian style, and among them you will find a wide variety of both pasta and sauces. But in La Spaghetteria you don’t only find spaghetti, but their menu is open to other suggestions and special dishes such as lamb racks, fried calamari, Neapolitan Milanese, spinach or meat cannelloni ... and also fresh fish, as inside this resort they have a club where they practise, among other disciplines, sports fishing. La Spaghetteria also makes burgers, fries and pizza, which you can either eat in or take away to eat on the beach or at home. And if you prefer a romantic dinner, by the moonlight and with sea views, you can book your table in the pool area where you can enjoy your meals with spectacular views of the island of Lobos, and accompanied by a selection of Italian and Spanish wines or a delicious cocktail, from a varied menu, where you will find «mojitos», «caipirinhas» and «caipiroskas» of different flavours, most notably their speciality: «Mar adentro» cocktail.

del bodyboard al surF EDAD: 32. OrigEn: Fuerteventura, NACIDO EN Puerto del Rosario. Aryún es otro de los surfistas de corazón que ha dado esta isla majorera. Con 11 añitos y cuando había muy poca gente surfeando en esta isla de Fuerteventura, él se la pasaba con sus amigos, día tras día, batallando con sus boogies, transformándose en unos perfectos conocedores de las olas de Puerto del Rosario que, con los años, cambiarían por otros picos más selectos, alrededor de toda la geografía majorera. Macaronesia: Cuéntanos cómo fueron esos inicios. Aryún: Fue una época de la que solo tengo buenos recuerdos, lo único que importaba era coger olas y pasarlo bien, bueno e intentar aprobar todo en clase para que no te arrestaran sin ir a la playa, jajaja... Cogíamos muchas olas, ya que casi no había gente surfeando en la isla; había veces, en picos que te infundían más respeto, que te esperabas fuera hasta que llegara alguien para no tirarte .6
solo y pasar miedo; ahora deseas que no haya nadie… ¡cómo son las cosas! M: ¿Cómo buscabais los baños entonces? A: Eran otros tiempos, aún no existían las páginas de predicciones y nadie tenía internet, así que, como mucho, podías ver el tiempo en las noticias y salir a la calle a ver de dónde soplaba el viento; era un poco más aventurero, aunque también se hacían muchos viajes en vano. Nos movíamos a dedo, en guagua, o con nuestros padres, a veces nos pegábamos grandes caminatas y nos solíamos quedar de acampada, a pesar de que las olas fueran mama las, esperando que las condiciones mejoraran milagrosamilagrosa mente. Cuando ya éramos un poco más mayores, con 14 o 15 años, nos empezó a mover Heraclio. Íbamos siempre el mismo grupo: Chencho, Iván, Ruyman, Walter… y en el norte nos juntábamos con Pablo, Salo, Aday… gracias a esto, y al pique sano que teníamos, fuimos cogiendo más nivel.
©Itmar Diéguez M: ¿Cuándo pasas del bodyboard al surf? A: Desde muy joven siempre he alternado, esporádicamente, el surfing con el boogie, dependiendo de las olas. Fue alrededor de los 27 cuando empecé a ser más constante con la tabla, por el hecho de que el boogie, si las condiciones no eran idóneas, se había convertido en algo mecánico, así que disfrutaba más aprendiendo con la tabla. Me empezó a gustar cada vez más y quería mejorar mi nivel surfeando. Decidí que para ello tenía que tirarme en todo tipo de condiciones, así que el boogie ha estado desde entonces en el trastero, hasta que hace poco mi novia le ha quitado las telarañas, para iniciarse en el mundillo. M: ¿Y cómo aceptó el resto de la cantera bodyboarder de Fuerteventura tu cambio? A: Jaja… Al principio muchas bromas por la típica «rivalidad» bugueros vs surferos; me decían que volviera al boogie, que era un desertor, etc… pero creo que ya se han acostumacostum brado a verme con la tabla.
M: La mayoría de la gente piensa que el bodyboard es más fácil que el surf, supongo que por ignorancia, ¿qué opinas de esto? A: Diría que el bodyboard es más fácil en los inicios, porque en muy poco tiempo puedes deslizarte, más o menos bien, y en un par de años estar haciendo algunas maniobras de dificultad. En cambio el surfing tiene un proceso más lenlen to de evolución aunque, para llegar a tener un nivel alto en cualquiera de las dos disciplinas, es igual de complicado y hay que echarle muchísimas horas de entreno, dentro y fuera del agua. M: Antes, las generaciones de deportista acuáticos en Fuerteventura estaban más enfocadas al bodyboard. En la actualidad, casi todos los niños que empiezan esta aventura lo hacen en el mundo del surf, ¿por qué crees que pasa esto? A: Creo que puede ser porque la industria del surf ha crecido mucho, dejando al bodyboard en un segundo plano, con lo cual el surfing tiene una mayor difusión, por eso la
tendencia de los niños es la de elegir la tabla en vez del boogie. M: ¿Te gusta que se hagan campeonatos en la isla? A: A mí personalmente no me apasiona competir, pero creo que estaría bien que se hicieran campeonatos del Circuito Canario y alguno más local, ya que solo se hace el de Garcey gracias a los chicos de «El Batiero», que están todos los años currándoselo. Es una manera de motivar a las nuevas generaciones, a los que les gusta la competición, y de pasar un fin de semana diferente y divertido con toda la gente de la playa. M: Algo más… A: Dar las gracias, por el apoyo y la paciencia, a mis padres, Andrés y Clara, y a mi novia, Elena. También al «Cani», por aguantarnos en la edad del pavo, y a todos mis amigos y compañeros de batallas, por tantos buenos momentos en la playa. Y gracias a ustedes por la entrevista.

Aryun is another true surfer that this island of Fuerteventura has given birth to. When he was 11 and there were very few people surfing on the island of Fuerteventura, he spent the time with his friends, day after day, struggling with their boogies, becoming perfect connoisseurs of the waves of Puerto del Rosario, which in time they would exchange for more selected peaks around the entire majorera geography.
Macaronesia: Tell us how those beginnings were. Aryun: It was a time of which I have only good memories, all that mattered was catching waves and having fun, well, and trying to pass all your exams so you could not be punished without going to the beach, lol ... We caught lots of waves and there was almost nobody surfing on the island; there were times, in peaks that caused more respect, that you were waiting outside until you could see someone getting in the water, afraid of doing it on your own; Now you want nobody in there ... how things change! M: How did you look for spots to surf then? A: Those were different times, there were no forecast pages yet and no one had internet, so at best you could see the weather forecast on the news or go outdoors and see from where the wind blew, it was a little more adventurous, although many trips were also made in vain. We used to hitch-hike , or take the bus, or go with our parents; we sometimes hiked a long way and camped somewhere, even though the waves could be bad, waiting for conditions to improve miraculously. When we were already a bit older, 14 or 15, Heraclio started to give us lifts. Always the same group gathered: Chencho, Ivan Ruimán, Walter ... and in the north we met Paul, Salo, Aday ... thanks to this, and healthy rivalry, we were really improving. M: When did you change from bodyboarding to surfing? A: From an early age I have always alternated sporadically surfing with boogie, depending on the waves. It was around my 27 birthday that I started to be more persevering with the surf board because boogie, if the conditions were not ideal, had become mechanical, and I enjoyed more learning on the board. I started to like it more and more and I wanted to improve my surfing. I decided that to achieve this goal I had to practise no matter what the conditions were like, so the boogie had since been relegated to a store room until recently my girlfriend
began to use it again so as to start off in this world. M: And how did the bodyboarding team in Fuerteventura take your change? A: Lol ... At first they played jokes on me because of the typical «rivalry» of bodyboarders vs surfers; I was asked to go back to boogie, and they said I was a deserter, etc ... but I think they have got used to seeing me on the board. M: Most people think bodyboarding is easier than surfing, I guess, out of ignorance, What do you think about this? A: I would say bodyboarding is easier in its beginnings, because in no time you can slide more or less well, and in a couple of years you can be making some difficult moves. However surfing has a slower evolution process, but to reach a high level in either discipline is just as complicated and you have to invest countless hours of training, in and out of the water. M: Earlier generations of water sport athletes in Fuerteventura were more focused on bodyboard. Currently, almost all children do begin this adventure in the world of surfing, why do you think this is happening? A: I think it may be because the surf industry has grown a lot, leaving bodyboard on a secondary position, so surfing is more widespread, and hence the tendency of children to choose the surf board rather than the boogie. M: Do you Like the fact of championships being held on the island? A: Personally I’m not passionate about racing, but I think it would be nice to have more championships held in the Canarian Circuit and some more local, as at present only that of Garcey is held, thanks to the guys from «El Batiero», who have been working on it every year. This is a way to motivate the new generations, who like competition, and to spend a different and fun weekend with all the people on the beach. M: Anything else ... A: To thank my parents, Andrew and Clara, and my girlfriend, Elena, for their support and patience,. Also «El Cani», for putting up with us on the awkward stage, and all my friends and comrades, for so many good times on the beach. And thank you for the interview.

Taller de diseño e impresión 3D, por aula3i 3D design and printing workshop by aula3i
El conocimiento científico y la tecnología avanzan a velocidades de vértigo y en Fuerteventura también queremos subirnos al carro de esta evolución, con proyectos de la talla de este, que os contamos a continuación. Entrevistamos a los chicos de Aula 3i, que acaban de poner en marcha la prueba piloto de un taller de impresión 3D en Fuerteventura, para fomentar estos conocimientos entre los más jóvenes. Macaronesia: ¿Qué es Aula 3i? Aula 3i: El Aula 3i, Aula Infantil de Innovación Inteligente, es un espacio abierto de innovación educativa promovido por el Parque Tecnológico y por el Cabildo de Fuerteventura, desde el Área de Nuevas Tecnologías e Innovación. Se desarrollan diversas experiencias y talleres, dirigidos al fomento de la cultura de la innovación y a enseñar a aprender la competencia innovadora en la educación no universitaria. Gran parte de la actividad se realiza en los centros educativos de la isla, fomentando el desarrollo
de la creatividad, el talento, las inteligencias múltiples, y promoviendo las vocaciones científico-tecnológicas. Se intenta motivar la innovación «inteligente» y responsable, desarrollada con conciencia social y respeto hacia Fuerteventura como entorno ambiental frágil que debemos proteger. M: ¿Qué es la impresión 3D? A3i: La impresora 3D es un dispositivo que permite implementar físicamente y con volumen un objeto, elaborado en nuestro ordenador o descargado de la red, convirtiéndonos así en nuestros propios fabricantes. M: ¿Cuáles son los objetivos y, a grandes rasgos, el programa de este taller? A3i: El taller de impresión incluye el montaje de la impresora 3D, el diseño de los modelos a imprimir y el propio proceso de impresión, a lo que los chicos añaden un estudio de posibles aplicaciones en el instituto, dentro de las diferentes materias. El taller propone una metodología de
trabajo diferente, en la que los chicos son más activos en el aprendizaje, conocen formas de ser autodidactas en la red, se promueve el trabajo colaborativo, el hardware y software libre, o el movimiento «maker»: hacerlo uno mismo. M: ¿Cuáles son los resultados que se han obtenido de la experiencia piloto, en el IES Vigán de Gran Tarajal? A3i: Los resultados han sido muy positivos, tanto los alumnos como el profesorado han quedado satisfechos con la experiencia, y lo que es más importante, han podido ver las posibilidades que tiene la impresión 3D dentro de los centros escolares. M: ¿En qué centros se va a repetir esta experiencia? A3i: Con los datos obtenidos en el análisis de esta experiencia piloto, se va a diseñar un proyecto dirigido a los centros educativos de educación secundaria, bachillerato y formación profesional de nuestra isla, teniendo en cuenta sus intereses y particularidades, que esperamos tenga buena acogida entre la comunidad educativa.

Scientific knowledge and technology advance at breakneck speeds and Fuerteventura also wants to jump on the bandwagon of this trend, with projects like the one we’ll tell you about now. We interviewed the guys in Aula 3i, who have just launched the pilot project of a 3D printing workshop in Fuerteventura, to foster this knowledge among young people. Macaronesia: What’s Aula 3i? Aula 3i: Aula 3i, Children’s classroom of Intelligent Innovation, is an open space of educational innovation promoted by the Technology Park and the Council of Fuerteventura, from the area of new technologies and innovation. There they develop diverse experiences and workshops aimed at promoting the culture of innovation and teaching to learn innovative competences in nonuniversity education. Much of the activity takes place in the schools of the island, promoting the development of .10
creativity, talent, multiple intelligences, and promoting scientific and technological vocations. It tries to encourage responsible and «intelligent» innovation, developed with social awareness and respect for Fuerteventura as an environmentally fragile spot we must protect. M: What is 3D printing? A3I: 3D printing is a device that allows to implement an object physically and with volume, drawn on our computer or downloaded from the network, that way we become our own manufacturers. M: What are the objectives and, broadly speaking, the programme of this workshop? A3I: The printing workshop includes assembly of 3D printer, the design of the models to print and the printing process itself, to what the students add a study of possible applications in high school, in different subjects. The workshop proposes a different methodology, in which
the participants become more active in learning, they get familiar with self-taught learning on the network, team work is promoted, as well as free hardware and software, or the «maker» movement: «do it yourself». M: What are the results obtained from the pilot project in IES Vigan, in Gran Tarajal? A3I results have been very positive, both students and teachers have been pleased with the experience, and what is most important, they have seen the possibilities of 3D printing within schools. M: What centre is to repeat this experience? A3I: With the data obtained in the analysis of this pilot project an educational project is to be designed, aimed at secondary schools and vocational training in our island, taking into account the centre’s interests and peculiarities, which we hope will be well received by the educational community.

CONTRA LA DEPRESIÓN DEL OTOÑO
HYPERICUM: AGAINST AUTUMN DEPRESSION El otoño, para muchos, es una época maravillosa, sobre todo para los que vivimos en Fuerteventura, ya que es cuando empiezan las buenas olas, la atmósfera está limpia y hay unos cielos espectaculares, el agua templada y la temperatura ambiental es la más agradable del año; pero es cierto que en muchos otros lugares no es así, y el otoño supone una época en la que acaban las vacaciones, se producen cambios hormonales, por la reducción de horas de luz, y se dan otros factores que afectan al estado de ánimo. El Hipérico (Hypericum perforatum), también conocido como hipericón, corazoncillo o hierba de San Juan, es una planta arbustiva de flores amarillas con pequeñas motas negras en los bordes, que son pequeñas bolsitas de aceites esenciales, que dan la sensación de que las hojas estuvieran perforadas, de ahí el nombre perforatum. El nombre hyperikon es griego y significa «por encima de la imágenes», lo que hace referencia a la creencia que se tenía en la antigüedad, de que hace huir a los malos espíritus y las apariciones.
Al Hipérico se le han atribuido multitud de propiedades, entre ellas la antiinflamatoria, cicatrizante y antibacteriana; para sanar heridas, llagas y quemaduras, bajando la inflamación de los tejidos, aportando un ligero efecto anestésico local que calma el dolor, y estimulando la regeneración de la piel. Gracias a estas propiedades, era considerado el antibiótico de la Edad Media, ya que con él se sanaban graves infecciones de las heridas. En el siglo XVI se la conocía como Hierba de las heridas y posteriormente Hierba militar.
También es un buen digestivo (antiácido natural), regulador de la menstruación, se usa para las afecciones reumáticas, lumbalgias, y es tonificante y equilibra el sistema nervioso, de ahí que se la conozca como la «árnica de los nervios». Pero lo que ha hecho que esta planta sea más conocida, son sus propiedades internas contra los estados depresivos leves o moderados, como por ejemplo la depresión del otoño, que es estacional. Actúa contra el decaimiento, el insomnio, la ansiedad e irritabilidad, y mejora las facultades cognitivas y la memoria. Alemania, donde hay una tradición naturista muy enraizada, es una de las grandes pioneras en el reconocimiento y la utilización de esta planta para tratar estos estados depresivos; de hecho, es mucho más habitual usar el extracto de esta planta que los productos sintéticos como el Prozac, lo que le ha valido el título, después de muchos estudios realizados, de «Prozac Natural», que no presenta los efectos secundarios de los sintéticos. Según estos estudios, los efectos terapéuticos comienzan a notarse después de 2 o 3 semanas de comenzar a consumirse el hipérico. Sin embargo, no se han encontrado los mismos efectos beneficiosos en la depresión aguda, y el consumo de hipérico presenta muchas incompatibilidades con alimentos, con otras plantas, con el sol y con medicamentos, por tanto, es imprescindible tener una supervisión de algún especialista de la salud antes de consumir esta planta.
Autumn, for many, is a wonderful time, especially for those who live in Fuerteventura, as it is when good waves begin, the atmosphere is clean and there are spectacular skies, the water is warm and the temperature is the most pleasant of the year; but it is true that in many places it isn’t like this, and autumn means the time when the holidays end, hormonal changes occur due to the reduction of day light and other factors that affect mood take place. Hypericum (Hypericum perforatum), also known as St. John’s wort, is a bushy plant with little yellow flowers with small black spots on their edges, which are small bags of essential oils which give the impression of its leaves being punched, hence the name perforatum. The name Hyperikon is Greek and means «against apparitions», which refers to the old times’ belief that it drove away evil spirits and apparitions. St. John’s wort has been attributed many properties including anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and healing; to heal wounds, sores and burns, lowering the inflammation of the tissues, providing a local light anaesthetic effect that relieves pain and stimulates skin regeneration. Germany, where there is a deeply rooted naturalist tradition, is one of the great pioneers in the recognition and use of this plant to treat these depressive states; in fact it’s much more common to use this plant extract than synthetic products such as Prozac, which has gained it the recognition, after many studies, as «natural Prozac,» which does not have the side effects of the synthetic one. According to these studies, the therapeutic effects begin to be felt 2 or 3 weeks after starting to consume St. John’s wort. However, the same beneficial effects have not been obtained for acute depression, and the use of hypericum has many incompatibilities with food, other plants, the sun and drugs, therefore it is essential to have the supervision of a health specialist before consuming this plant.

En la primera mitad de Noviembre, cuando la Luna no es visible al principio de la noche, el cielo oscuro nos descubre las constelaciones del otoño y sus maravillosos tesoros. La Vía Láctea cruza la bóveda celeste de Suroeste a Noreste, pasando por Auriga, Perseo, Cassiopea, Cefeo, el Cisne y el Águila. Con el telescopio podemos descubrir unos fantásticos nuevos objetos en este área, como las Pléyades y el Doble Cúmulo de Perseo. Alrededor de la mitad del mes, podemos disfrutar también de una popular lluvia de estrellas, las Leónidas, cuyo máximo está previsto en la madrugada del 18. En la segunda mitad del mes la Luna va a ser el objeto más interesante a observar, mientras que todos los planetas más brillantes solo pueden verse antes del amanecer. ¡Cielos despejados para todos! Escuchar y ver a Fidel Delgado en «escena» es una de esas experiencias por las que todo el mundo debería pasar, porque en sus charlas y talleres es capaz de sacarle una sonrisa al alma de cualquiera, a la vez que invita a la reflexión sobre algunos de los asuntos más recónditos de nuestra psique. Aprovechamos esta breve entrevista, para sonsacarle algunos de los saberes que compartirá con todo el que quiera participar en la charla y taller, que realizará los próximos días 27 y 28 de noviembre, en la capital de nuestra isla majorera. Macaronesia: ¿Por qué «titiripeuta»? Fidel: «Titiripeuta» es una forma de cuidar de uno mismo, utilizando la lucidez lúdica, que busca mejorar continuamente lo que somos y los recursos que tenemos, sin tener que explorar patéticamente los dolores, traumas y otros recovecos incómodos de la vida. M: Si tuvieras que dar un consejo, así de forma simple, para llevar una mejor vida, psicológicamente hablando, ¿cuál sería? F: Enciende todas las luces que tienes disponibles en tu vida, porque eres lucidez de origen. M: ¿Qué son las «basuras emocionales», de cuyo reciclado hablarás en la charla del día 27, en el Auditorio de Puerto del Rosario? F: En paralelo con la basura que tenemos en casa, son algo que ciertas personas desprecian y tiran sin miramiento, y manchan a otros con sus problemas, neuras, agobios, miedos… Si reciclamos dolores, sufrimientos y angustias, resulta que contienen dentro una gran cantidad de sabiduría, sabiéndolo ver. A eso me refiero, al reciclado de lo emocional de la vida. M: En tu currículo podemos leer que has estado muchos años acompañando a la gente a morir y enseñando, a quienes cuidan de enfermos, cómo ayudarles a morir bien, y esta es la temática del taller del día 28, en el Palacio de Congresos de Puerto del Rosario. ¿Puedes adelantarnos algún apunte de cómo hacerle frente a este gran temor? F: Lo principal y básico es precisamente eso, hacerle frente y saltarse el tabú que hemos heredado, que hace no solo incómodo sino prohibitivo hablar de ese aspecto del vivir que es el morir, el cambio, el tener que soltar lo que ya ha caducado de nuestra vida para seguir explorando lo nuevo, lo que llega, lo que crece en nosotros. Morir es cambiar de forma de conciencia, teniendo a veces el valor de desapegarse de la forma anterior, que ya se nos ha quedado chica. M: Alguna cosa más con la que quieras iluminarnos… F: Últimamente la vida me ha aconsejado no buscar el iluminar a los demás, porque esto puede producir deslumbramientos en los otros; así que lo que intento es acompañar a todo ser humano, que ya es luz y lucidez de origen, a que utilice sus recursos con toda la profundidad de que nuestra consciencia es capaz, así el mundo se va ensanchando como espacio luminoso y amoroso. Es mejor acompañar a ver, que aconsejar que vea.
Listening and watching Fidel Delgado «on stage» is one of those experiences that everyone should live, because in his talks and workshops he is able to get a smile from anyone’s soul, while inviting us to reflect on some of the deepest issues of our psyche. We take advantage of this brief interview to coax some of the knowledge to be shared with everyone who wants to participate in the talk and workshop, held on next 27th and 28th November in the capital of our island, Fuerteventura. Macaronesia: Why «titiripeuta»? Fidel: «Titiripeuta» is a way of taking care of oneself, using the playful insight that seeks to continuously improve what we are and the resources we have, without pathetically exploring the pain, traumas and other uncomfortable corners of life. M: If you had to give simple advice to lead a better life, psychologically speaking, what would it be? F: Turn on all the lights available in your life, because you’re lucidity of origin. M: What are the «emotional garbage», about whose recycling you’ll talk about on the 27th ,in the Auditorium of Puerto del Rosario? F: Just like the garbage we have at home, they are something that some people despise and throw unceremoniously, defiling others with their problems, neuroses, anguish, fears ... If we recycle pain, suffering and distress, we find out they contain a lot of wisdom, if we only know how to see it. That’s what I mean, the recycling of the emotional life. M: In your curriculum we can read that for many years you’ve been accompanying people to die and teaching, those who care for the sick, how to help them die well, and this is the topic of the workshop on the 28th, in the Palace of Congresses of Puerto del Rosario. Can you anticipate some notes on how to deal with this big fear? F: The main and basic point is just that one, to face and overlook the taboo that we have inherited, and which makes it not only uncomfortable but prohibitive to talk about that aspect of life which is death, change, having to drop what has already expired in our lives to continue to explore the new, what is coming, what is growing within us. Dying is changing the shape of our consciousness, which implies having the courage to detach from our previous shape, which we have already outgrown. M: Anything else you want to enlighten us with ... F: Lately life has advised me not to seek to enlighten others as this can cause glare; so I’m trying to accompany every human being, as they are already light and lucidity in origin, to use their own resources with all the depth of which our consciousness is capable, as the world keeps widening as a bright and loving space. It is better to accompany to see than to advise to see.
