AUGUST: OSAGE COUNTY BOOMER BARDO (Sound Designer) has been on stage, back stage, in the pit, or on the air since he was three, professionally since he was 10. After his “finishing school” time at Walt Disney World Entertainment, Boomer earned his Bachelor of Music Education at UCF and taught music and theater full time for 5 years following his wife Joan’s career out of state. 2003 saw a return to Florida and a focus on show production. Boomer is currently the Sound Department Head at the Bob Carr PAC. A former SAG/AFTRA and AFM member, he has been with IATSE for 25 years. BOBBIE BELL (Director) is an Orlando based writer, director, actor, composer, and teacher. Bobbie’s previous directing credits at Mad Cow include: The Pitmen Painters, The Year of Magical Thinking, The Caretaker, and A Delicate Balance. He has also performed with the herd in Dancing at Lughnasa, Macbeth, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead, Major Barbara, Life is a Dream, and The Fantasticks. He is twice winner of the Florida Playwrights Competition for his plays: Pascua De Flores and Of: a Play of Artemis. “A nation is not conquered until the hearts of its women are on the ground. Then it is done, no matter how brave its warriors or strong its weapons.” Cheyenne Proverb LISA BUCK (Scenic Designer, Scenic Artist, Props) originally from Massachusetts, received her BFA in Graphic Design from the Massachusetts College of Art in 1976 and studied watercolor at the Parsons School of Design and Pratt Institute. She has worked as art director for Dow Jones, American Heritage, Danskin Dance Wear, and Leavitt Advertising. Lisa moved to Orlando in 1996 and began painting and designing scenery for the Orlando Opera, Mad Cow Theatre, and Stetson University. Before returning to the pasture, Lisa worked as a graphic artist for Visit Orlando as the publication artist for Orlando Arts Magazine and Texture Magazine. RILEY CLERMONT (Charlie Aiken) is proud to be making his Mad Cow debut in the midst of such a great ensemble. He began his professional career at Flat Rock Playhouse in N.C. where he spent 8 summers as an actor, Assistant Apprentice Director and Playwright in Residence. He has been working in and out of Orlando since 1991. Riley would like to thank his incredibly supportive family, especially the love of his life, his lovely wife Michelle. Riley would like to dedicate his performance to his late mother, Sidney.

AUGUST: OSAGE COUNTY ELIZABETH DEAN (Barbara Fordham) as a graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in NYC, Elizabeth has performed in many of Orlando’s venues including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Mad Cow Theatre, Orlando Opera Co, and the old Civic Theatre. As a member of Abingdon Theatre Company in NYC, she originated the roles of Zona in The Ghost of Greenbrier and Charlotte in Fiction Only, Please!, as well as workshopped many new American plays. Most recent new work collaboration was Tod Kimbro’s Media. Elizabeth is honored to be part of the fabric of Mad Cow’s tapestry and she thanks you, the audience, for your passionate support of this important theatre and all of your help in moooooving Mad Cow forward. JOHN HEMPHILL (Lighting Designer) is proud to continue working with one of the foremost theatres in the Orlando area. John has served in many roles at Mad Cow including Stage Manager, Lighting Designer and Carpenter. Favorite productions with the herd include She Loves Me, Life Is A Dream, Gone Missing and Molly Sweeney. Away from the pasture, John works at Walt Disney World. ROBERT HERRLE (Stage Manager) is celebrating his second show as Production Stage Manager in Mad Cow’s new space. Having just concluded Sunday in the Park with George, Robert is proud to have been part of the excitement in putting together a new theatre space. Also an actor and Visual Arts Model, Robert has just returned from South Florida, having spent four seasons as the resident Stage Manager for Caldwell Theatre in Boca Raton. Other Orlando performance credits include A Christmas Story and Miracle on 34th St. at The REP and productions at Mark II Dinner Theatre, Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Capone’s & Arabian Nights to name a few. GO IRISH! STEPHAN JONES (Bill Fordham) has been a frequent collaborator (FightDirector, Teacher, Director, and Cabaret Artist) with the Cows for over a decade. This marks his 15th production as an actor, with previous roles in Sweeney Todd, The Fantasticks, and Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?. TOMMY KEESLING (Steve Heidebrecht) has appeared in several Mad Cow productions in recent seasons, including roles in Arcadia, Our Town, The Constant Wife, Present Laughter, The Seagull, Pericles, I Have Before Me a Remarkable Document Given to Me by a Young Lady From Rwanda, Eurydice, Amadeus, The Matchmaker, She Stoops to Conquer, Rashomon, and most recently this past summer as Robert Lyon in The Pitmen Painters. He has appeared at many other Central Florida stages in past years, including work for Empty Spaces, Hubris Theatre, and Theatre Downtown. He performed at the 2010 Fringe Festival in Peg O’Keef Fixes the World, and has appeared in other staged readings for Mad Cow, PlayFest and Women Playwrights’ Initiative.

AUGUST: OSAGE COUNTY JENNA KIRK (Ivy Weston) is excited to be working with Mad Cow Theatre for the first time. Most recently she has been in New York in collaboration with Terra Incognita Theatre and Polina Klimovitskaya with I Take Good Care of My Corpse, as well as the remount of Garage, an original play written by Dive Theatre. Some of her favorite roles include Puck, Sister James in Doubt, Lydia in The Rivals, and as a sword brandishing villain with the Double Edge Theatre’s traveling spectacle, The Three Musketeers. TRACY LETTS (Playwright) is the author of the plays Superior Donuts, Killer Joe, Bug (also screenplay), Man from Nebraska (Pulitzer finalist), August: Osage County (Pulitzer Prize, Tony Award for Best Play). He is an ensemble member of the Steppenwolf Theatre Company. His appearances there include American Buffalo, Betrayal, The Pillowman, Last of the Boys, The Pain and the Itch, The Dresser, Homebody/Kabul, The Dazzle, Glengarry Glen Ross, Three Days of Rain. Other productions include: Orson’s Shadow (Barrow Street Theatre, NY); Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf? (Alliance, Atlanta); The Caine Mutiny Court-Martial (A Red Orchid Theatre); Conquest of the South Pole (Famous Door); Bouncers (the Next Lab). AUGUST: OSAGE COUNTY AME LIVINGSTON (Karen Weston) AEA, is honored to be back with Mad Cow, where she has been seen as Moll in The Cradle Will Rock, and Beverly in Standing on Ceremony. Ame has appeared with OTP as Sister James in Doubt: A Parable, Mary Bailey in It’s a Wonderful Life, Woman One in Almost, Maine and Orlando Shakes as Portia in an all female reading of Julius Caesar, Mae Pollitt in Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, and Blanche DuBois in Streetcar named Desire. She has performed with WPP, Orlando Fringe, and just celebrated her 14th year performing with the Walt Disney Company. She is very active in the commercial market but, says that her favorite roles are those of Friend, Aunt, Wife, and Daughter. www.AmeLivingston.com GAIA NAIR (Johnna Monevata) was born in India, and immigrated here to The States at the age of 5. At the age of nine she starred in her very first play You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown. It wasn’t until attending college at University of Florida that she joined an improv comedy group called Thursday Afternoon Productions. After college, Gaia moved to New York to keep pursuing her theater career, playing in numerous off-broadway comedies. After NYC, Gaia was booked with an agency in Los Angeles and started studying acting at the Beverly Hills Playhouse. She made her way into several commercials, short films and tv shows. After returning to Orlando, where she grew up, she began improv classes at SAK, it was during these classes she decided to venture back on to the stage. This is her first time performing on stage in Central Florida. PEG O’KEEF (Violet Weston) is thrilled to be at the new Mad Cow, in whose legendary pastures she has had the most excellent adventures, including Under Milk Wood, Our Town, The Constant Wife, The Year of Magical Thinking, The Lion in Winter, Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?, and most recently Last Fall. In addition to Mad Cow, she is proud to have worked on many local stages, teaches screenwriting and criticism at UCF, and edits copy for the Florida Film Festival. When not immersed in theatre or teaching, Peg works for Fantasy of Flight as Sr. Entertainment Manager, indulging her fascination with vintage aviation. She treasures Andy Salter, is cursed by vile cats of various hues, and is proud to call Mitzi Maxwell her personal hero. ROBIN OLSON (Mattie Fae Aiken) was last seen in The Road to Mecca at Mad Cow Theatre. In addition, she has performed in The Importance of Being Earnest, Pride and Prejudice, and The Little Red Riding Hood Show at Orlando Shakespeare Theater, James and the Giant Peach and Holes at the Orlando Repertory Theater and Barefoot in the Park at UCF. Robin is most happy to be back in the pasture where she has had the opportunity to perform in Dancing at Lughnasa, Major Barbara, The Glass Menagerie, The Seagull, Bus Stop and On the Verge.

NICHOLAS PARSONS (Little Charlie Aiken) celebrates his Mad Cow and Florida theatre debut. Past credits include Noodler in Peter Pan at Virginia Stage Company, Haimon in Antigone at Classika Theatre, Captain Bartholomew Gosnold, in 1607: First Landing at Cape Henry Historical Villages. He has also appeared onscreen in A Haunting, Burn Notice, The Inbetweeners, In The Pines, Rock of Ages, and the new Michael Bay film Pain and Gain. Nicholas received a B.A. in Acting from George Mason University. Thanks to his ACA/UCF friends and family for their support. Special thanks to Kat for putting up with the struggles of a starving artist. JOE REED (Beverly Weston) is happy to be working with The Herd once more. He has been seen here in Twelve Angry Men, Company, and The Cradle Will Rock. Joe has performed at regional theatres all over the country, including The Orlando Philharmonic, Meadow Brook Theatre in Detroit, GEVA in Rochester NY, Asolo Rep in Sarasota FL, and Stage West, in Springfield MA. Some of his favorite roles include Friar Laurance in Romeo and Juliet, Pseudoleus in A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, and Falstaff in Merry Wives of Windsor. He currently works for Disney as a performer. He has an Master of Fine Arts degree from Florida State University through the Asolo Repertory. ROGER SCOTT (Sheriff Deon Gilbeau) has performed in Orlando, Tampa and New York since 1983. His last appearance was as Juror #11 in Mad Cow’s produciton of Twelve Angry Men. A graduate of USF College of Fine Arts with a Theatre Performance Major. Other training includes: Royal Shakespeare Co., Free Theatre of Munich, San Francisco Mime Troop, New York Shakespeare Festival, Alexander Technique, Circus Arts, Stage Combat. Some past roles include Tom Joad in The Grapes of Wrath, Badger in The Poor of New York, Sebastian in The Tempest, Mike in A Lie Of The Mind, Creon in Antigone, M.C. in A Bright Room Called Day, Multiple Roles in Poor Folks Pleasure, Theseus in Phaedra, Bobby in Careless Love. EMILY SMITH (Costume Designer) celebrates her third show with Mad Cow. Her costume, prop, and scenic work has been seen across Central Florida and New England theatres and theme parks, including our own dear Annie Russell. She fondly remembers designs for Cabaret, Around the World in 80 Days, Is He Dead?, and of course most recently Sunday in the Park With George and Billy Bishop Goes to War, both at Mad Cow. TIANNA STEVENS (Jean Fordham) is very pleased to make her debut at the Mad Cow Theatre. She would like to thank everyone involved with this production for this incredible experience. MASS APPEAL BOOMER BARDO (Sound Designer) has been on stage, back stage, in the pit, or on the air since he was three, professionally since he was 10. WAYNE FOWKS (Costume Designer) is a passionate designer, performer, and visual artist. He is drawn to the theatrics of the performing arts and prefers to work collaboratively with other artists within a large scale. After graduating from Rollins College in Winter Park, Wayne works as a designer and stylist for various event planning companies, working in Orlando and California. THOMAS OUELLETTE (Father Tim) appeared onstage at Mad Cow in Next Fall and A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, and recently in Othello at the Folger Theatre and Shear Madness at the Kennedy Center, both in Washington, DC. Also a director, he has helmed Romeo and Juliet, Pride and Prejudice, Arms and the Man and I Hate Hamlet at Orlando Shakespeare Theater. Mad Cow directing credits include Lobby Hero, Stop Kiss, and Frankie and Johnny in the Clair de Lune. A professor of acting and directing at Rollins College, Thomas has been appearing in and directing shows at the storied Annie Russell Theatre since 1996 (Equus, Macbeth, Extremities, Gross Indecency, The Glass Menagerie, and many others). ALLEN OVERLANDER (Lighting Designer) is pleased to be working with Dr. Sherry on this production. Some of his other Mad Cow credits include Topdog/Underdog, A Lesson Before Dying, Assassins, The Rainmaker, Glengarry Glen Ross, Humble Boy, and The Caretaker as well as many years with the Orlando Cabaret Festival. When he isn’t at the theater, Allen is an Avionics Engineer for a local aviation firm. RICHARD RUSSELL (Set Designer) worked for many years as a designer for Boston-area theatres and taught scenic design at Wellesley College. He also has many years of fundraising experience and currently works at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts. Locally, Richard serves on the boards of Mad Cow Theatre and of the Zebra Foundation for Youth.

MASS APPEAL W. ROBERT SHERRY (Director) is a professor of theatre and Dance at Rollins College. His performance credits include: Broadway Salutes the New York City Opera at Lincoln Center, the national tours of Pal Joey, Annie Get Your Gun, and Flower Drum Song. He also performed in Hollywood Magic, at El Centro in Acapulco, Mexico and with Indiana’s professional modern dance company, Dance Kaleidoscope. Directing credits include over 100 musicals, plays and concert dance works including over 50 at Rollins College. PETER TRAVIS (Mark Dolson) is very excited to be making his Mad Cow debut. Currently Peter is a senior at Rollins College. He has appeared in several shows at the Annie Russell Theater and the Fred Stone Theater. His Rollins credits include How I Learned to Drive, Cabaret, Rabbit Hole, Stage Fright, and I Hate Hamlet. Peter would like to thank all of his friends and family who love and support him. RACHEL WILLIAMS (Stage Manager) joined the Mad Cow team for The Road to Mecca, and is thrilled to be stage managing Mass Appeal. She has directed and stage managed over 16 productions in the last six years, including Halfsies; In a Dark, Dark, House; and The Toby Show. She was also the production designer for a short film called Yun. For the last three years, she has been teaching drama for youth, both at a private academy, and for an independent youth theatre. A new arrival to Florida, she is excited about the new opportunities that Orlando has to offer!
