艺术群展: 黄锐、李洪波、姜吉安 策展人：Pauline Foessel 寓意从另一个角度诠释物质的特性，它让人类 通过文字阐述，赋予事物特殊的意义，能将文 字与图像连结，共同融入一种语言、一个无形 的现实中。本次展览在于探索‘寓意’和‘物 质’这两种元素之间相互作用的关系，揭示了 黄锐、李洪波、姜吉安这三位艺术家和两种元 素之间的关联，以及他们的艺术作品和这两种 元素所产生的共鸣。 李洪波通过探索事物在时间与空间作用下的进 化和转变来展现“寓意“和”材质”之间的 联系。他把多层的纸张转变成魔幻的艺术作 品，让生活中被搁置一边的事物焕发出新的生 命力。姜吉安利用一个简单的事物创作出无限 循环的诗歌般的意境，运用物质营造出一种幻 象，并最终探究事物所投射出的影子。黄锐则 反其道而行之，对称而简洁的形与色、以及他 对材料质地的不懈探索，他将带领我们体会寓 意的美感和张力。 本次受邀参展的三位艺术家将会在这演绎一段 独特的视觉诗歌，充满力量、细腻和微妙的寓 意终将与物质完美糅合。
Curator: Pauline Foessel Meaning gives another dimension to matter. It allows us to put words to it, to give it significance, to attach a word to an image and make it part of a language, an intangible reality. This exhibition explores the interaction between these two elements, revealing how Huang Rui, Li Hongbo and Jiang Jian relate to both concepts and how their creations resonate with Meaning and Matter. Li Hongbo works around this interaction with objects that evolve through time and space. He has put together layers of paper to create magical pieces, almost breathing new life into meanings that were set aside. Jiang Jian creates an infinite cycle of poetry from a single thing, pushing matter to an almost illusion of it, playing with the shadows of things. Huang Rui, on the other hand, uses meaning to create matter, working around the symmetry and simplicity of forms and colours, and by exploring texture he makes us see the beauty and strength of words. Each of the three artists is creating here a unique form of visual poetry, giving strong, sensitive and subtle meanings to matter.
