Which horse has been your biggest giveaway to do the job on the track? As any commercial breeder would tell you we don’t aim to give anything away.

Some of our best purchases for buyers have been at all levels from Espaaniyah (a Gai Waterhouse/Adrian Bott trained I Am Invincible filly previously mentioned) at $750,000 to Malahide for $60,000 who was Shamus Awards; first city winning two year-old. There are horses at all levels within our drafts. Both look good value now.

How has technology and IT affected and influenced your business?

It has greatly modernised the business allowing us the ability to access information immediately. It has also allowed us to develop more of a personal aspect to our farm as through social media and film technology advancements we can now take interested parties on a part of our horses’ journeys to the sales. We feel it is an important tool in developing our brand, product and most importantly showcasing our horses to the wider audience.
