The name Tyreel Stud is synonymous with quality and off the back of a successful 2018 Magic Millions, the Monds family stud presents another classy draft. In the lead up to the sale Bluebloods had a chat with Tyreel’s Stud Manager Robert Sims... What can buyers expect from your draft?
Tyreel will be presenting a sharp, well-presented draft of ten, one that nicely represents some of the key elements that make up a desirable Magic Millions draft. Lots by proven speed sires Snitzel, I Am Invincible, Exceed And Excel, Choisir and Zoustar whilst the draft also showcases the highly anticipated first season sire Pride Of Dubai with two strong colts. Lot 382 - bay filly by Kermadec from Bana Wu (by Shirocco): “a real quality” daughter of an imported triple stakes placed winner from the family of Caulfield Cup-Gr.1, 2400m winner All The Good. Boasting duplications of the outstanding mares Natalma, Almahmoud and Milan Mill, she “is one of the most highly regarded types by her sire and will be sure to draw plenty of attention.” Lot 444 - chestnut colt by Pride Of Dubai from Catalonia (by Flying Spur): “a strong, masculine colt” out of a stakes placed mare whose first two have fetched $625,000 and $750,000. Dam is a 3/4 sister to the Group Three winner Jorda from a prolific local family “littered with two-year-old speed.
