Reflective Essay During this unit I learned about the topics of: telephone skills, promotional activities and branding a product, and how to create a new product development. I liked the topics, because is useful to know how to answer the telephone because as a secretary is necessary to answer calls every day in the job. However, this unit was difficult because I learned new vocabulary and it was difficult learned each word, but it is important to know more vocabulary.
In conclusion, each topic of this unit was interesting because I believe this information will help me in the future, for example, in my job as a secretary.
