Ripartire dal territorio per noi significa in primo luogo far conoscere le risorse culturali e naturali che offre Colle Santa Lucia e valorizzarle attraverso l'arte culinaria, ricettiva e promozionale.

La cucina di Luigi “Gigi” Dariz al ristorante “Da Aurelio” al Passo Giau è stata apripista in questo: piatti sapientemente combinati e rivisitati inserendo erbe, formaggi e salumi locali, che arrivano direttamente dal territorio di Colle Santa Lucia o dei paesi limitrofi.

Ripartire dal territorio è anche l'azione di tanti contadini che ogni giorno curano il territorio per foraggiare i loro animali e produrre così alimenti di prima scelta.

Nel nostro paese abbiamo il piacere di avere sia allevamenti bovini che caprini da dove nascono prodotti d'eccellenza, a filiera corta, che si possono trovare direttamente facendo visita ai produttori.

Ripartire dal territorio è l'azione dei nostri rifugi alpini che con eleganza e qualità fanno conoscere e apprezzare il soggiorno in alta quota a sempre più persone rendendolo una vera e propria esperienza.

How to restart from the territory

To restart from the territory means for us to raise awareness of the cultural and natural resources which Colle Santa Lucia has to offer and it means to give value to these through culinary, accommodating and promotional art.

Luigi “Gigi” Dariz’s cuisine at the restaurant “Da Aurelio” at Passo Giau has been the pioneer in this field: skilfully combined and revisited dishes by adding local herbs, cheese and cured meats coming directly from the territory of Colle Santa Lucia and of the neighbouring villages.

To restart from the territory means also the work of many farmers who take care of the land every day to feed their animals and to produce premium foodstuffs.

In our town we are pleased to have both cattle and goat farms, where short supply chain products of excellence are produced: you can find them directly by visiting the producers.

To restart from the territory means also the activity of our mountain refuges, which make increasingly more people know and appreciate with elegance and quality the high altitude stay by turning it into a real experience.
