Guidance for Graffiti On 4 May 2021, in conjunction with the New Brighton Project, the Graffiti Programme completed a “walk through” of the New Brighton Mall, with the assistance of Waitai/ Coastal-Burwood Board Member, Jo Zervos.

This was an opportunity to meet with local retailers to offer them support, advice and resources.
