CII R01 Exam: Financial Services Regulation & Ethics Qualification Success Story
When I joined my current firm two years ago, I was given the opportunity to progress from a Paraplanner to a Financial Planner. The only thing that I needed was the CII R01 Exam: Financial Services Regulation & Ethics qualification.
I had no idea where to start so after some research I came across the AAT and their study packs for the exam. The company had been using them for some time for their other exams so it was an easy decision to make!
From day one, the content was really helpful and easy to understand. As an example, I found the content on consumer credit law particularly useful as I'd never studied it before. Other areas such as suitability of advice were much easier than expected too, which definitely helped with my overall confidence in taking the exam.
In addition, the mock exams were great practice tests as they were structured very similarly to the actual exam itself. It was also great to be able to review my answers and see where I'd gone wrong so I could work on these areas in future
