DELIGHT FUL
Spread Joy by Helping Others Delight-FUL is the third signature event in the Joyful campaign. Matador Eats will host the Delight-FUL challenge designed to celebrate, carry out and encourage random acts of kindness across the country. In fact, we are challenging ourselves, our guests, and our team members to carry out 500,000 acts of kindness throughout the day. After a school year largely defined by separation, we knew it was more important than ever that students feel the joy of a new school year and experience moments of togetherness with friends. The Joyful campaign is in that welcoming students back in a memorable way and spreading joy throughout the year. Students are the heart of every campus and we are excited to celebrate campus life with joyful moments centered around food (and kindness). Delight-FUL is a third of our signature events that we will all host simultaneously this year to connect all of our campuses together in celebration of campus life. Delight-FUL will take place on February 17, 2022 and will feature surprises, delight-FUL menu and fun activities that will spread cheer

Driving positive change
Pepsi and other beverage brands moving to 100% recycled plastic bottles in the U.S. and Europe In the U.S., all Pepsi-branded drinks are expected to move to 100% recycled plastic (rPET) bottles by 2030, with Pepsi Zero Sugar beginning to be sold in 100% rPET bottles by 2022. Pepsi is celebrating this important shift with a new consumer-centric platform driving recycling awareness, education and advocacy. PepsiCo estimates that moving to 100% rPET will lower greenhouse gas emissions by approximately 30% per bottle. Key Pepsi-branded products are expected to move to 100% rPET by 2022 in 11 European markets. In several European countries, the plan goes beyond Pepsi brands: France, Great Britain, Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg will include 7UP, Mountain Dew and Lipton Ice Tea. Poland and Romania will also use 100% rPET for Mirinda, and Denmark and Finland will use it for 7UP and Mountain Dew.

SUSTAINABILITY: CHARTWELLS
We push for transparency, continually seek ways to be more socially and environmentally responsible, and advocate for change on the issues that affect our industry. Our chefs are rebuilding recipes, literally from the ground up, using regenerative ingredients. They prioritize local, which allows us to support small and mid-sized American family farms. We value the communities where we live and work and look forward to helping them for the years to come. Sustainability is deeply rooted within our organization, from our talented chefs and passionate operators to our inspiring leadership team. Although we are proud of what we have accomplished and invite you to check out Our Story, we know there is still more work to do. The only way to ensure the health of our planet and our communities is if we all work together and take action.
