o you staggered into your bed after taking one too many last night. You feel so crappy; you hate yourself so much that you literally want your bed to swallow you. But it won’t, you can hardly fall back to sleep because your head is pounding as if it wants to jump off your shoulders. The nausea can’t let go because your whole body feels as if it’s running through a washing machine. You will do anything to fast-forward this day. Well we can’t promise you an instant miracle but a few tricks below will bring you quite close.
