SENIORS SPRING BREAK

COMRADES ENJOY PLEASANT SPRING BREAK

This year we stayed from Tuesday 23rd until Friday 26th May in Magheraboy Hotel, Portrush.

The food was faultless and the hotel excellent not one complaint was heard!!!!! No stairs!!!!!!!!

Each morning we had ‘Thought for the Day ’ after breakfast. Wednesday morning we all went to Rosemary ’ s caravan and had a sing-along as well.

Alan Blair (Irish Union President) came on Thursday 25th May for our evening meal and meeting afterwards. He showed us a video (based on Scripture ) of how Mighty our GOD is. Also, a video of a human cell amazed us all. It is humbling to think that such an awesome ONE cares for each one of us. His LOVE never changes to those who trust in HIM.

Then there was the trip to Bushmills Garden Centre and the day out by train to Londonderry.

Jean McGall (Irish Union Treasurer) spoke very meaningfully of how the Lord holds us in the hollow of HIS Hand.

On the last day, Rosemary McDaniel reminded us that GOD' s Timing is perfect.
