Manteena Residential won National Residential Master Builder of the Year at the 2021 Master Builders Australia National Excellence in Building and Construction Awards held on Friday 29 April 2022 in Cairns. The Awards showcased the Nation’s best projects across the residential, commercial and civil construction sectors. The award came from the outstanding work on the Forrest home delivered by Manteena Residential, The Dept. of Design and Architects Ring & Associates. The home also took out the title of House of the Year locally. Danny Agnello, Director at Manteena Residential, says of the victory, “To be nominated is amazing, obviously you’d like to think you can win but to actually win is an amazing experience. Thanks to our team, the client, the architect (Architects Ring and Associates) and the designer (The Dept. of Design).
