Tell us about your responsibilities from now on until the conference days. At what date would you be available to be physically in Bogotรก? In order to work hand by hand with the OC Team. (If you are from bogotรก tell us the date in which you can be a 100% present working for the conference)
ER Set an ER goal (including incomes in cash and in kind) and explain your strategy to achieve it, mentioning potential sponsors. What sponsors from previous events would you contact again and what would you expect to get from them? Make a segmentation of at least 10 companies in Bogotรก or your city (that would be interested or available for the conference) that we can contact at the time of being elected.
DX & Showcasing Show us in a Video your Showcasing skills. Include the logo of the conference, videos taken from internet and some recorded footage from past conferences. Make a plan of showcasing for the conference. Take into account the days before de conference, the conference and after-conference. Also, organice it from your top to your less priority. Remember that is a must to have computer and camera for the conference days. Tell us how can we improve our engage in our social media channels. Include Images, GIFs and Videos.
